**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

WorkBuzz combines the advantages of a self-service platform with responsive and knowledgable people on hand to support and offer advice. The platform is insightful and offers granular data throughout the entire employee journey from onboard to exit. All fields and datapoints are customizable to meet specific requirements and the results platform is easily filtered for trend analysis and action-planning.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

The platform fulfills all of our current requirements.

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkBuzz provides an opportunity for employees to provide open and honest feedback in a confidential manner. This allows for action planning and pulse surveys to measure success throughout the year, enabling a consultative improvement approach.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

Everyone at WorkBuzz is friendly and helpful and shares their experience and knowledge to assist you and your organisation to understand your results and recommend appropriate solutions. They are all extremely passionate and caring, not only about WorkBuzz but also about their clients and their organisations. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to utilise different language options to suit our multi-cultural workforce. They are also responsive to feedback and keep their clients informed.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

There isn't anything I dislike about WorkBuzz.

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkBuzz allows us to survey a multicultural workforce effectively and easily through the platform and gives us access to easy to understand and digest results. Their customer success and people science teams are fantastic at suggesting questions that help us to truely understand our employees and how they are feeling and through their experience and knowledge they are able to give us industry insights and help us contextualise our results. By partnering with WorkBuzz and using their solution we have been able to give our employees the opportunity to give us anonymised feedback (which we therefore hope is more open and honest) that we have then been able to act upon for employees.

Always available at the end of an email or Teams call. Expert advice on how to understand and get the best from our engagement surveys. Working with Rafiul is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

Nothing, they are really great to work with.

Workbuzz allows us to give access to an anonymous survey platform that enables our colleagues to feel like they can give their honest opinion on what it's like to work at Community Housing. They give expert advice about what to ask, when to ask it and have a platform that can deliver this to a varied workforce.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

Great customer service team - always really helpful and very responsive to queries. They show real passion for employee engagement. The platform and survey tool is flexible and easy to navigate. Workbuzz is very engaged with their clients/employers and generally want to continue to improve platform and their offering

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

It would be great if People Science insights were included as part of standard offering rather than paid addition. We usually pay for the People Science team to give us further insights into the data and have found this really valuable to get to the heart of what is the most important for our employees.

They are continually working on improving functionality and adding more to exisiting platform (ie. action planning) which will greatly help with follow-through on actions within our organisation

Reporting could offer a deeper comparison from survey to survey.

Highlights any lower scoring areas before they become issues which creates a culture of continuous improvement.

The ongoing support we have received from the team.  A platform that is easy to use and intuitive for users.  Comprehensive data capture and analysis, linking into key business objectives.

Using the filters on the dashboard can be a little bit clunky, but once you get used to them, it's OK.

Giving our teams some real insight into what matters most for colleagues.  Understanding how engagement links into key business objectives.  Understanding the needs of employed versus self-employed colleagues.

The WorkBuzz platform makes employee feedback straightforward. Working with Hayley and Mel make it painless and pleasureable.

No real downsides to WorkBuzz come to mind.

Workbuzz is ensuring that we get valuable feedback from our employees on a wide range of topics.  It provides insights on how we can improve and engage our teams better.  We have implemented quite a few changes that have impacted the workforce positively following the survey, the biggest being shutting our business on Sundays to give our employees time with their families.

It allows for a nice clear presentation of survey results, leaving the reader as to no doubt what metrics have been met and where improvements are needed.

No downsides at all. Easy and informative to use

It is not always possible to get staff sentiment when speaking to them direct. Anon surveys gives them a chance to honestly give their feedback

Working with our CSM Joel. He is very knowledgable and always availble to support. He responds quickly and was very patient as we introduced a new team last year.

nothing, easy to use and great service. nothing to dislike

some of the reporting is limited, but Joel has been really helpful in getting us the reports we need.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

You can easily run reports, search and present the data in different ways, and the software is quite intuitive, even for occasional users.  You also get to talk to a person rather than having to raise a helpdesk call if you have a query.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

Refreshing our employee and team data for new surveys can be a bit fiddly, though I think we'd be likely to encounter that with most systems

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track employee engagement, design our own questions and benchmark against other similar organisations.  This helps us build a picture of strengths and problems areas and take action where needed.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

The people i worked with to launch the survey were great. They showed passion and were very committed to support our buisness. Excited to see how far we go with workbuzz.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

We did not really plan the action plan after the engagement survey closed. We felt that we could have been prepped better when the survey was still live. As this was our first survey, it was just overwhelming.

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workbuzz is solving our culture issue, we have gone from one site to five and we have not yet created a culture. Some sites are happier then others and workbuzz has helped identify areas to focus on.

There has been no downsides to Workbuzz in my experience. Any system developments I have requested have been actioned or I have been given a rationale as to why they can't happen yet.

Understanding exactly where the challenges with engagement are and then being able to make targeted interventions.

Great Platform and Reporting Tools with multiple features.  Easy to use and implement.  Great Customer support, including lots of flexibility to meet our needs and requests.

Able to implement and run a company wide employee engagement survey across 14 countries in multiple languages.  WorkBuzz supported with the analysis of results to help us focus on areas to explore for action planning.

Real time feedback and userfriendly platform

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

The lifecycle survey feedback is provided in only excel which makes it harder to analyse and present in a user-friendly way. 

Demographical data is not user-friendly. We are unable to compare feedback across our business areas and by demographics - we find this particularly challenging.

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obtaining hire to retire feedback which helps us to respond to the business, build trust and ultimately improve engagement and retention levels

The dedication from our account manager Rafiul Hassan has beem amazing. He is very quick and very engaged.

I have not actually experinced any downsides to WorkBuzz.

The sruvey has helped us to imrpove our company cutlure. We now have a score of 92% of employees proud to work for our company!
