I love the ease of use for administrators. You simply send the implementation team your forms and they ensure that all appropriate fields can be autofilled, that they're easy for staff to fill out and that they're able to be used on both phones and laptops. It gives me peace of mind that the forms will be filled out correctly and the interface on the back end makes it very easy to track my staff's progress on their forms as well. WorkBright was an absolute essential part of our complying with the federal mandate (USCIS) to verify employees in person that were verified in the past, remotely, due to Covid. Their process was easy to understand and captured the data in its entirety. The I-9 process today is the same; new employees get verified by having an Authorized Representative verify their ID's and this gets recorded on the WorkBright system for compliance.
