Flexibility is the main reason we use workbooks, We were allowed to customise the software to exactly how we wanted it for our business. We use it for sales, lead tracking and management of our customer database. We also use it as a support tool, allowing us to link support requests to existing organisations

There isnt much I dislike about Workbooks CRM but if I had to choose something it would be the appearance of the software interface. However the function does make up for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to let your processes dictate the best way to use Workbooks - you don't need to build your processes around the limitations of the system as is the case with other systems.
I particularly find this useful for sending press releases to media partners which can be tested and scheduled to be sent and then record the outcomes of interest.
