I like how much information you can store in one record, whether it is a sales lead or person record, how it all links to organisations and what emails have been sent is very handy. I use workbooks primarily for sales administration, so being able to see the sales team opportunities and the features like 'close date' and being able to link records to that is also a really good feature. I think the search function could be a lot more advanced, trying to find exact people in a certain country etc, I think this would be a good feature to have. Workbooks is among one of the most user friendly CRMs that I have used. It allows you to keep all of your info in one place. They also have a great support staff for quick responses to questions you may have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows our company to run our business. We can track support cases and the associated organisational contracts. As this is a SaaS system this means no server maintenance, upgrades take place at night so there is very little downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So many windows to click and wait for things to open. At times it can take minutes for windows to open which can get very frustrating.
It's not built as a support system, so it's only logging the emails which some with categorisations and custom fields. Overtime your DB can become massive due to storing every entire email rather than reading the email and storing only the new parts.
There isn't a convenient way to see a summary of a support case you have to read every email.
