  ### 3. @work has everything your business needs, especially for remote work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prachya J. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about @work?**

With built in chat, the app serves the common communication needs for distributed teams. The Announcement, Company Feed, and Survey are also really nice to engage your employees. It’s actually a neat app that I stumbled across after going through a demo with them and not expecting to use it. And it’s affordable too.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

The sidebar is limited to one customizable feature. There are five icons but the top 2 and bottom 2 can’t be changed and there isn’t an option to pin more.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s more affordable compared to a lot of collaboration apps on the market. This is great, especially for bigger teams who want to get everybody on board.

  ### 4. @work provides a simple and efficient platform for business communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phatthara Y. | VP of Products, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about @work?**

It combines chat, video conferencing, file sharing, project management, and online learning in a single app without needing to have multiple subscriptions. It is easy to navigate and great for communication and collaboration, especially when you have a team working remotely. It’s still fairly new with more features on the way but gets you started with the basics in the free version and the paid version is far less expensive than most apps that only offer one feature.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

Unlike Discord you are limited to a single server/account at a time and cannot switch freely between them so it’s more for internal communication, in order to chat with someone, they have to be added as a user so external communication is limited. There are no major integrations so it’s a purely standalone program. It does require installing the application on the device as there is no browser-based version but it’s a minor nitpick.

**Recommendations to others considering @work:**

If you’re starting a business with a big or small team, setup is easy and inexpensive. The free version has all features unlocked so you can try everything.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Maintaining communication between team members
2. Sharing important announcements and verifying who has and hasn’t read them
3. Easy to schedule and initiate meetings via video conferencing

  ### 5. @work is very business-specific, which is great for companies.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teerapat R. | Talent Acquisition Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about @work?**

Love the ease of announcing employees with company news using the announcement and survey features and almost every result can be exported in form of Excel files

**What do you dislike about @work?**

The free version does have customizable themes. With the paid version, you can customize the look of the app with your company logo and colors.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

@work includes most of the separate communication apps we were using before. There are also some bonus features like the survey and announcement that we’ve used for employee feedback. Overall, the app has helped our team work smoother and more efficiently.

  ### 6. The effective collaboration tool for internal use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ปุญญิศา . | Agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2021

**What do you like best about @work?**

Using @Work lead us to have better ability to communicate with our people in every situation. It’s easy for staffs to follow up about internal stuff. The application really helps us to keep things on the right track and well-manage tasks assigned. The ability to share images, video and big size of files in every form with ease is way better compared to other applications.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

I personally don’t like its design which seem too clean and simple. Moreover, I would be so appreciated if they come up with calendar or any reminder features. That would be really helpful to follow works assigned.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company’s employees are easily staying connected and following up what’s going on using the feature provided. Also, the flexibility of the application and employee engagement is so helpful for us to rely less on emails and paper works and that really save time and cost.

  ### 7. It’s been convenient for us since we don’t need to switch apps when using the different features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KUMPANAT D. | Senior HRIS Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about @work?**

The app is easy to learn and provides solid security for chats and business communications with end-to-end encryption. Besides, it’s great that I can share files between my team directly and they are systematically kept.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

The free version doesn’t have a lot of storage space so it might fill up quickly, especially for bigger businesses.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team likes the feeling that our company information is as safe as possible. With leaks and hacks always going on, security is a major focus for us.

  ### 8. @Work has bundles of features provided for internal management and communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya T. | Project Manager

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about @work?**

I like how it’s a platform that links management teams and people inside the company together. We can share works, news, files, updates, comments on other posts as well as video conferences through @Work.

Besides, the application is a platform for us to share beneficial courses for self-improving, sharing what we know, and learning what we don’t.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

The is a feature of chatroom where members can check whether who read the message or hasn't read it yet. In the recipient's view, sometimes they may have read it from notification but not actual go to chatroom to acknowledge or maybe they have not acutual responded due to busyness.

Anyhow, from the sender's point of view, it is an advantage to track and reach the right person.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The application is my best assistant in terms of creating surveys. I once used it to collect information about the Covid-19 vaccination of my colleagues and received quick responses and accurate results from using it. Moreover, using the app for communication between many parties of the organization is helpful and practical, as well as receiving a high level of ease and convenience from managing self-leaning through Road map Training and accessing any internal data and courses

  ### 9. The @Work app is definitely a good choice for an engineering or IT team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Quality Assurance Analyst II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about @work?**

So the @Work app is definitely a good choice for an engineering or IT team. It has a lot of features that will help your team improve their productivity. The key features are:

Matter Screen: This screen has three useful widgets, which are Announcement, Learn@Work and Meet@Work. Announcement is a good place to send general announcements for your team, Learn@Work is for posting upcoming courses or seminars useful for your team, and Meet@Work shows the team members any upcoming meetings.

Chat: This is a persistant chat interface, similar to other apps of this type. It is easy to set up individual chats and group chats, and it also very straight forward for sharing images. It has a context menu for setting up voice or video calls. Screensharing is similar to how it is done in competing apps.

Learning@Work: This is the main screen for Learning, which is referenced by the Matter screen. This shows coursework and progress for your team. With this feature, I imagine @Work could also work well for a training center or college course. Of course, most IT companies have required training, so this will work for that as well.

Feed: This is where you can set up a news feed. Basically, this is for persistant information that you'd like to keep available. It is easy to use and supports posting images. It you post a link to something, it will share the link with a short description based on the Web page parameters. (It does the same thing in chat, but chat is meant for less persistent content.)

Services: This shows widgets related to File(Cloud Storage), Learn Admin(Learning@Work Administration), Learn@Work Service Widget, Meet@Work Service Widget, Support@Work(for contacting the @Work support team), and Survey@Work (which is for setting up surveys for your team). You can also add other services and useful Web links to this section.

Profile: This is you user profile, which shows all of your posts, your Friends list, and your user information. This is where you can add a picture of yourself as well.

Menu: This has typical menu items like Edit functions with undo and redo and similar commonly used functions.

Gear Menu: This has more advanced settings for your @Work team, for example, it allows you to set themes for the @Work app. It covers a comprehensive list of settings which I won't go over in this reviews.

Based on my usage of @Work, I think it is a great collaberation tool for any corporate or education team, I think you should certainly consider it as an alternative to some of the other commonly used corporate communication tool.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

I didn't see any downsides that would make me not recommend the product, but I did have a problem signing up. I think this problem only affected me, and the @Work team resolved the problem very quickly. Ultimately the responsiveness of their support team impressed me, they were much faster than some bigger company's support staff.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

@Work solves problems of communication, collaboration, and time management. It has an impressive business-focused feel unlike some of it's more consumer-oriented competitors.

  ### 10. Best team collaboration tool for increasing efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sapan A. | Head of WordPress, Page Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2021

**What do you like best about @work?**

Easiest and best tool for SME and MSME. I always want a tool where we can chat, we can create a group, we can do voice or video calls, we can do meetings, apart form we always need live events, online learning, can create surveys. The last three tools are rare to find in any software, it boosts our productivity, by using all needs for a business, we can't concentrate on buying multiple tools for our business. We always want a simple solution for all problems. I think this tool will helps you alot.

**What do you dislike about @work?**

Everything is perfect, except the limited country sign-up option and the file size is too fig.

**Recommendations to others considering @work:**

Best tool for a startup, if you a limited team you can try the free version it provides only 5 GB for free users.

**What problems is @work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple buying software for a different purpose is costly for startups. If one software can do all the things it is miracle. If we have a number of persons in our team and wanna announcement something, we can do it here easily. I love one tool is most that are we can filter the files easily like a mobile file manager. It helps me a lot to improve my business goals.
