"Versatile Platform with Extensive Plugin Support"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I appreciate that WordPress is the leading CMS in the market, which makes it easy to find help when needed. There are plenty of forums, videos, tutorials, and how-to guides available. Additionally, with such a large marketplace, there is a good chance you’ll find a plugin or theme that can address your specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

At times, some third-party solutions can be buggy, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, it can sometimes be difficult to locate the options for certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, Ideal for Blogging"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I really like WordPress.com for its vast variety of customization options, which are far more advanced compared to Blogger.com. The ability to add customized plugins, especially one I created for adding users in bulk, has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to easily manage authors, editors, and admins with great control and efficiency. I appreciate the excellent SEO management capabilities, having evolved from basic knowledge to using powerful tools and plugins for all facets of SEO, which WordPress.com supports far better than other platforms. The integration with tools like Google Analytics is also valuable, offering insightful statistics on website visitors. Furthermore, my experience with WordPress.com has been very stable; my blogs and ads run smoothly without any crashes, making it a reliable choice for my blogging needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I find transferring content from Blogger to WordPress.com challenging and cumbersome. WordPress should have its own tool to import content directly from other platforms like Blogger because using third-party plugins leads to distorted data structures. These plugins require extra installation steps, and the content often ends up distorted, especially the figures. This makes the migration process unnecessarily difficult. "Affordable and Beginner-Friendly Website Management"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

WordPress.com is an affordable website management solution for beginners. No need to hire a web hosting service to host websites, as hosting is included in every package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Free users can add plugins for management. They should have allowed at least 2 plugins to test how things work. This will be very beneficial for beginners who have just started blogging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Professional-Looking Websites"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like that WordPress.com is easy to use and very user-friendly, especially for someone who isn't familiar with back-end technology. It makes my website look very nice, like it was professionally done. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I think there could be more support articles that are more accessible for people who aren't well-versed with building websites. It would also help to have more chat access with customer service. Sometimes, I feel like there are too many plugins needed to get functions to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features but Needs Better Optimization for Standard PCs"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

It is easy to understand with clean UI. I have been using it for my blogs. Its integration with mainstream SEO tools is very smooth, which helps performing multiple cod-based tasks with one click such as adding canonical urls, schema, and website redirects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Should be more optimized for the traditional PCs. It doesn' t work really well with unless you have the high end devices. I have had many instances where I tried writing or optimizing the blog within Wordpress only to find out that the wordpress is stuck and if you try to refresh all your optimazation or changes are gone.

Since wordpress is widely used by bloggers, more user-friendly and publishers supporting tools could have been there. Like, integration with analytical tools, reminders for blog optimizations, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Flexible with Customization, But Security Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like WordPress.com for its easy-to-use and simple websites. It allows for a variety of plugins to be installed, enabling the creation of anything from a simple blog to a fully-fledged website. I also found the initial setup to be smooth and a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Security concerns are an issue for me. Since WordPress.com is an open platform, numerous vulnerabilities exist that hackers or spammers can exploit, particularly through the available plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
