Wooqer Pros and Cons

I've got to say, implementing Wooqer has been a total game-changer for our team at Bachaa Party. As Operations Excellence Manager, I'm always in for ways to boost overall performance and get us closer to excellence.

Before, keeping track of daily processes was a real challenge. We struggled to figure out what was working and what wasn't. But now, with Wooqer's daily checklists and analytics, we can finally get a handle on what needs improvement.

But what really sets Wooqer apart is their customer support team. They've made sure we're getting the most out of the app. It's become an essential tool for us, and we can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things.

Of course, there's a bit of a learning curve, but honestly, it's worth it. Wooqer has streamlined our processes, helped us identify areas for improvement, and just made our lives easier. Product knowledge & training webinars should be increased more than twice a week for better understanding & awareness of Wooqer users & Wooqer Platform.
