Woodwork for Inventor features will help you by automating information preparation for manufacturing, which is the most time-consuming part of the whole furniture design process. Moreover, automation will help you to remove space for potentially costly errors, which appears because of the human factor. Using our woodworking software, designers have more time for creativity, enabling them to work more efficiently and accurately.

**What do you like best about Woodwork for Inventor?**

I can choose many ways to build complicated model.
I can use skeleton modelling technique or just use mates, or both hybrid technique.
User friendly interface, you will see all action on screen,  visually  you can see realistic model or wireframe. you can render your product and use FEA  for some critical parts without exporting 3d model some other software.


**What do you dislike about Woodwork for Inventor?**

Building own hardware Library  is time consuming
even if you get downloadable model from Hafele you need to deal with data translation to own language
and chose what information goes to part nr , and what goes Description.


**Recommendations to others considering Woodwork for Inventor:**

Invetntor allows to create very complicated 3D models for bended pipes , freeform bodys, soft furniture.
You can make movable assemblysand  generate drawings from these models
In same time you can create retangular parts but this is simple solid is without material information.
Woowork for inventor divides this solid in 6 faces and there is good tools to give material information for this 6 faces.  and you can chose grain direction for that. So when you make BOM then you exactly know how many meters you need Edgeband and how many m2 you need veneer.
