The thing that stood out to me the most was the willingness of the plugin's support team to try and help me get the most out of the plugin. The thing that fell apart for me the most was the grammatical errors throughout the plugin. It wasn't atrocious but you could definitely tell it was not built by people with English as their first language. As a small startup business owner, we couldn't afford to have anything less than the best to represent our company. We also wished there were more flexibility to the way the plugin functioned.
