Top Rated Woobox Alternatives

I was inexperienced with campaign and social media management. Woobox's features were intuitive and easy to use. I have primarily used Woobox for social media campaigns for my organization and it has cut down on my and my staff's time and simplified these processes for us. Everything about Woobox has been pretty intuitive. Navigating the mobile version of landing pages vs. web browser version has been challenging and pieces like selecting winners for our giveaways that are not at random, but these have all been managed quite easily. The platform works for contests and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We purchased this for a volunteer event in December 2023. nIt is not May 2024 and I have cancelled and am still being charged. every time I reach out to customer serv ice they say it's somthing I am doing wrong. No - it's on. their end. We used this for one month and have paid for 6. Worst investment. Will neveruse this company or recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes my job easier when my company has social media giveaways. Woobox helps us keep track of entries and makes it easier to choose a winner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's relatively easy to navigate but I suppose I'd like more options on how to choose winners (such as including those who enter with Instagram stories maybe?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature is to set up a landing page for giveaway winners to fill out their personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup of the account. It took me 2 to 3 hours to connect my Facebook account to the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Woobox offers a full array of promotions and contests that our individual business units can create and manage. Woobox is very cost-effective and as such, a budgeting dream! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We switched from Second Street which offered a bank of promotion templates as well as managed campaigns. This is something we miss but can no longer justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been great to install Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as the creation of HTML to embed other applications here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Often, I have to open a new incognito window to view my client's page and see how it looks publicly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great stats tracking, multiple ways of running contests, tons of customisation options. Embeded contests, commenting picking, hashtag based contests and more. Almost everything is editable: backgrounds, buttons, fields, etc. Custom CSS is also allowed for even more options.
Easy to understand web based interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation is very lacking. It would be great if they had a series of tutorials that help you understand all the contest types and how to take advantage of their customisation options. Additionally they haven't updated the user interface in years. Custimisation options , while there, are minimal at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked how easy it was manage our contest and voters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wasn't a fan of the user side of the website because at times it was confusing which campaign you were on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The service is relatively cheap and somewhat easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all, I tried using the promotions tab on my facebook business page to run the raffle I was using woobox to manage. The interface was horrible. When I clicked the raffle link, it brought me to a mostly blank promotions page with a small link in the corner that you had to click to see the full raffle page. I'm sure this was confusing for whoever tried to click the link, plus involved an extra click. I probably lost a good deal of leads this way, but had already paid for the service (you will have to pay to officially start your campaign) and was financially committed.
Second, when running a facebook campaign using woobox they give you the ability to launch a facebook ad from within woobox. While this sounds like a great feature. You are very limited in your control of the audience that sees the ad and other ad features. You then have to go into facebook ad manager to further refine your ad audience, etc... so what's the point of even providing this feature?
Third, the raffle manager is a little clunky and takes some getting used to.
Last, they have a NO REFUND policy so if you don't like the service, or forget to cancel you will not get your money back!
I think there are better services out there, including wishpond, which I recently used and worked much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to everyone else, they are at a very good price point. Admin controls are easy to use and understand/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The modules/widgets are relatively basic in functionality. There could be more offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
