The directions on the app on where to go and how to get in the building for the 1st day on a job I worked were not specific enough and I had to wait for an employee to see me. I was 30 minutes late. I apologized to the client and they said the app takes 3 days to fully update after they make a change. If this is true, this could cause a LOT of problems for both the client and employees.
