I purchased a perpetual license a few years ago (Pro version). Then they ugraded their software and in order for me to use the software they way I've always used it (not with their extras, just what I used to have), they were now forcing me to pay for it. I tried to contact them for a year. They say they have 24/7 support - not true. They have a bot and if you ask for a human it ALWAYS says they are unavailable. They offer a link to submit a support ticket. The link loops back to the chat bot. You are NOT able to connect with them and that's just not honest. **What do you dislike about Wondershare PDFelement?** Pretty much everything I wrote in what I liked about them. Their pricing over Adobe is the only positive factor. They are not truthful when they say you have a perpetual license (because what they'll do is limit you to only viewing your pdf. If you want to print it, it prints with their watermark - even if it's your own pdf - unless you upgrade when they decide to make improvements. They lock you out of what you bought. I don't mind them locking me out of whatever is new, that's fair, but when they lock you out of what you bought on a perpetual license, that's just not right. They never respond to support tickets. They don't even give you an honest way to submit one. It's a poorly run company. **What problems is Wondershare PDFelement solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly, after they "upgraded" and disconnected all my uses except for viewing documents, even though I purchased a perpetual license - NOTHING. I don't mind when a developer upgrades their product, but to lock me out of the simple things I used to be able to do on the perpetual license is just dishonest. And they lock you out of contacting support. They are dishonest about saying they are 24/7 support.
