What I like most about Filmora is how easy it is to use. As someone who has used Adobe Premier before, I felt it had too much going on for my personal needs. For a regular guy, Filmora does everything I need and does NOT have the monthly payment, as I was able to buy it in a single go! I much prefer to own than rent! What I like least about Filmora are its transition effects. Some work amazingly, such as Dissolve, but things like fade are not as strong. If we have a separate tab for adding transitions it could be great for beginners because when adding transition I face some difficulty to understand where to put the right transition I'm my project otherwise application is good enough. Also, I don't like watermarks in my projects and Filmora gives us watermarks in its free version. It could be grateful if Filmora can remove their watermark in the free version also. I like Filmora because of its easy-to-use interface and lightning-fast rendering speeds. It has many effects and filters, and tools to make my video footage look amazing. I use Filmora for all my content creation needs for my company's marketing related work and for freelancing. It is quite lightweight and hence doesn't lag on my system unlike other softwares. Some of the basic editing techniques like duration, split etc that take minutes and even hours to figure out in similar softwares, can be easily performed by a few clicks in Filmora. I faced some difficulties as a beginner, so the least helpful thing is for beginners is that Filmora has too many functions, so when a person tries this for the first time, it surely gets confused to edit their video but although when he gets a hand on FIlmora, he becomes professional in it and can make a professional video. Also, the free version of Filmora has a watermark which impacts not so good to our project it could be very thankful if they remove the watermark in the free version. The rendering output in small size for sharing on whatsapp is difficult. Also, special effects for videos could be more and made bit easier. Built-in functions however, well cover all the beginner to intermediary requirements. Also, there are no options for a simple photo slideshow wizard or similar templates for basic requirements.
