WizlQ is a software that I really have almost no complaints about it when I say, only that sometimes its platform is a little slow its development in video conferences and the quality of video decreases noticeably, this usually happens every time the speed of the Internet becomes unstable or slow, but really this happens very rarely, personally I do not consider it a worrying factor of this software, since most of the time it complies with its functioning correctly. It takes too long that them to resolve a case. The support and after-sales team were very unprofessional. The system quality was not acceptable. The audio communication delay was too long for a quality class session. On average, it was above 3-4 seconds. The API was not well designed and it was not documented well. Additionally, we paid them to localize the system and it never happened in a correct manner.
They took our money and when we understood that they are performing unprofessionally and unethically we asked for a refund of our money and they refused while we had a contract in place that they had failed to make their commitments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool I like the most about this program is being able to create my own virtual classroom where I can interact with my students at a distance. It is possible that the biggest drawback with this program is that the pro version is quite expensive; $390 is a bit pricey compared to other programs that offer the same content. The support is quite difficult to contact after you pay for the service, and it can take up to a week to solve a problem. I consider it as a great attractive impact for most of its users, it is the best platform hosted in the cloud that allows me to teach and participate in live classes face to face with my students, gives the feeling of being in contact wit my students as if we were in a classroom all together but with the difference of being each in the confort of their homes or anywhere else, the audio and video transmission really works very well, It has an option for one to upload the content and can be shared with other people to see it on the screen, their technical support team responds very quickly to help its users to solve any problem that may arise, I consider that this software is very complete and helpful to improve online education. I consider that the price of this software is a bit high since currently the rate is $83 per month for every 25 students that meet me online and since the enrollments are quite large it is a bit high expense for most of their users, although the service of this software is really good if they improve the price rates would attract much more users. but in wizIQ operation I have not had any bad experience or inconvenience in its functionality.
