The mode of training - from online videos, to quizzes and short evaluations, are engaging and effective. The tools is among the very best in the industry. Support is also excellent when it is needed. The multilingual model is excellent so individuals can learn in the language that helps them best. **What do you dislike about Wizer?** It still takes a few minutes to use Wizer and it does not allow for easy bypasses of wrong answers to quizzes. The default e-mails, which can be changed, are brief and demanding. **What problems is Wizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with rollout and getting people trained with accountability. ### 2. The training are bite-sized videos that cover the topic well without droning on. The vast majority of our users have told us that the training is easy to digest, gets the point across well, and is entertaining. **What do you dislike about Wizer?** Our previous training provider offered more tools and reporting, but this also made the admin console more cluttered and difficult to navigate. I never had the time to fully take advantage of all those tools, so the more streamlined experience Wizer offers is a benefit for me. If you are looking for in-depth reporting and a plethora of tools, then Wizer may leave you wanting more. But I find what they have available more than meets my needs at this time. **What problems is Wizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** For insurance purposes, we must ensure that all our employees across over 100 locations receive cybersecurity training. Wizer makes this process easy, and according to our users, enjoyable. ### 4.
