**What do you like best about Wiza?**

I’m new to Wiza, but setup was quick and the interface is clean. It’s easy to build targeted lists and export them fast. Feels intuitive and already saving me time—I can’t wait to use it more. The bonus little videos during signup were super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

Still early days, so I’m learning my way around.

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiza is helping me cut the time I spend building prospect lists. Instead of copy-pasting from LinkedIn, I can pull clean contacts (with emails) in minutes and export them to my CRM. That means less manual data entry, fewer errors/duplicates, and more time for actual outreach for me. More accurate leads, that are accurately going somewhere.

It's intuitive and very effective. Upsides: expand my network of contacts, enabling access to corporate emails of many people in my country, enabling formal contact with these people according to various professional objectives.

The only drawback is that it's priced in dollars: for countries where the currency lags behind the US dollar, the cost is very high, making access impossible.

The data got worse and worse as time went on. I think the places they started scraping from were so inaccurate.

I think ot is easier for me to curate good lists. Also my clients get too overwhelmed with Apollo set up and sue.

Not sure yet just signed up.Need to spend more time with the product.

My cliets freak out when they learn how coplicated Apoll.io is so I was lookng for an alternative for my tech stack and the app's and ext.'sI recommend for prospecting.

Customer service chat took 6 hours to get a reply. I think they should have more agents available.

I like that I only get charged for verified contacts. It really helps my credits go the distance for a smaller business like mine.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

I dislike that the "unlimited" contacts for annual plans is not truly unlimited. It's currently capped at 2,500 per month. Seems a little bit sneaky to label it as unlimited.

It's helping me filter the types of prospects that could use my services very quickly and easily.

Their extension is very user friendly and beats ZoomInfo data where they have gaps 9/10 times. Especially when targeting people in the UK, Wiza almost always has the right email and/or phone number.

No complaints, I use the extension more than their website so I am going to withhold feedback here

Finding me the right emails and phone numbers where ZoomInfo specifically has gaps...which almost always happens and its out of date
