Wiza makes LinkedIn prospecting incredibly efficient. The ability to export verified contact data directly from Sales Navigator saves hours of manual research. The email accuracy is solid and the interface is straightforward - I can pull lists of architecture and engineering decision makers quickly without jumping through hoops.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

The credit system can get expensive if you're running high-volume campaigns. Would be nice to have more flexibility with exports and better filtering options before using credits. Also wish there were more integrations with CRMs beyond the basic ones.

Wiza solves the time-consuming problem of manually finding and verifying contact information for prospects in niche industries. They offered free credits for the initial review. The Wiza team lacks communication. No response from their hello email and their rep missed our scheduled call to go over how to better utilize their service. Going to look for a better service.

the accuracy, the speed and it connects to my CRM, the integration at the onboarding was easy and the AI agent support was relevant. An overall easy experience with pricing that not cheap but affordable.

The experience sometimes distracts me from my task. Also, the integration only works on Chrome, and I think the pricing and performance should be a bit lower.

It's very clear and right in front of you for most things. Most information is pretty accurate and the chrome extension is a nice feature

It can be very slow. word recognition of Business Search isn't the best. would be nice if it didn't have to be exact for it to show results. i also find searching by URL rarely ever brings back a result. As well, in Job Information, I feel like searching HR should yield results for Human Resources but does not. Would be good to have some groupings of job titles. Ex. searching HR should bring up human resources and related titles like People and Culture Manager, Payroll Manager,

Filters to be able to locate teams and the ability to export leads in CSV. Additionally, it is a plus to have a search by LinkedIn URL via profile.

So far without any issues, we will have to conduct some additional tests to see if there are areas of opportunity for the tool.

More agile prospecting, create more specialized workflows for campaigns I conduct. And being able to validate emails before they are sent is perfect, reducing bounce rates compared to other apps.

What I like most about Wiza is how fast and accurate it is for pulling contact data directly from LinkedIn searches. It’s incredibly intuitive, saves a huge amount of time on list-building, and the enrichment quality is consistently high. Instead of manually exporting profiles or piecing together prospect data from multiple tools, Wiza gives me clean emails, firmographics, and filters that actually work. It has become one of my most reliable outbound prospecting tools, and the simplicity of the workflow makes it easy to scale campaigns without added friction.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

While Wiza is powerful, credits can burn fast when running large-volume exports or enrichment jobs, especially if multiple searches return partial or unverified email results. I sometimes wish there were more built-in verification safeguards before credits are consumed, or even tiered pricing for heavy users. The Chrome extension occasionally needs a refresh to sync properly with LinkedIn, and batch processing can bottleneck during peak usage hours. Wiza makes prospecting so much faster. Being able to pull leads straight from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrich them, and verify emails in real time is a huge win. The CRM integrations (like Salesforce and HubSpot) are smooth, and the exports are quick. It saves me hours each week and helps keep my outreach lists much cleaner.

The credit system can be frustrating — even if an email isn’t valid, it sometimes still consumes credits. Email accuracy is generally good but not perfect; I’ve had a few bounces. Also, some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which adds to cost.

Wiza has become a staple in our marketing toolkit. I love how intuitive it is. There was no learning curve, and the results show up fast. The real magic for us is how Wiza unlocks targeted lead data with almost no friction, making it easy to launch very specific ad campaigns across different platforms. We’ve been able to reach the people we actually want to talk to, rather than wasting budget or effort on dead-end lists. Honestly, it almost feels like cheating (in the best way) when you see qualified leads rolling in from sources you’d never find otherwise.

If I had to mention something, I wish I’d found Wiza sooner. :)

That flexibility is a huge advantage: we’re not limited to just one channel or pipeline, and every outreach effort is built on current, real data. It keeps our marketing sharp, efficient, and way more effective than before.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

Wiza makes lead generation extremely easy and efficient. The platform is fast, intuitive, and delivers accurate results with minimal effort. I particularly appreciate how seamlessly it connects to LinkedIn and how well the data is structured afterwards. For my daily work, Wiza saves an incredible amount of time and helps me focus more on closing rather than searching.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

There are only two things I would really love to see improved:

1. A full German language option for the platform

2. A Dark Mode, which would make long working sessions much more pleasant
    Other than that, the tool works flawlessly for me.

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiza solves one of the biggest challenges in lead generation: finding accurate and up-to-date contact information quickly. Instead of spending hours manually researching potential clients, Wiza automates the entire process and delivers clean, structured data within seconds.

For my business, this means I can focus much more on sales and outreach instead of wasting time on research. It increases my efficiency, gives me a steady flow of qualified leads, and helps me scale my outreach far beyond what would be possible manually.

Nothing yet!  Easy to use.....videos are very helpful. Does what it say it does! Super easy to install and integrate with LinkedIn!  I plan to use it every day.

What I like most about Wiza is how simple and seamless it makes LinkedIn prospecting. Instead of spending hours manually exporting contacts, Wiza allows me to quickly pull accurate data from LinkedIn into clean CSV files or directly into my CRM. The interface is intuitive, so even as a new user I was able to get started immediately without a long onboarding process. It has really cut down the time I spend on repetitive lead generation tasks and allowed me to focus more on outreach and closing deals. The integrations with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot make the workflow smooth and professional.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

The only area where Wiza could improve is around data accuracy and flexibility in filtering. Occasionally, some exported emails bounce, which means I still need to double-check data before running large campaigns. I’d also like to see more advanced features for list segmentation directly inside the platform, so I don’t have to rely entirely on my CRM for that. While these are small issues, they would make the tool even more powerful for sales professionals.

Wiza has been a very useful tool for lead generation. It allows me to extract LinkedIn contacts easily, clean the data, and export it directly to my CRM. The interface is simple and the automation saves a lot of time compared to manual prospecting.

Sometimes the email accuracy isn’t 100% (you’ll get a few bounced addresses).

Pricing can feel a bit high if you only need it occasionally, since it’s built more for regular use.

The credits system can be limiting, especially when profiles don’t return valid emails but still consume credits.

Browser extension can occasionally lag or log you out when scraping larger lists.

-Very easy to gather data from linkedin and leapfrog manual steps like clicking 'next page' as Wiza ingests this all

-Being able to run contact searches with Wiza's Skills feature- which pulls peoples skills from linkedin

-Great output when prospecting for companies and lots of flexibility with filters

-Swift, helpful customer support

-Extremely easy to implement and get used to

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

-The HubSpot integration could be improved, specifically the ability to sync over more fields

-Get's tedious when creating lists as you have to start the scan of each list right away, rather than being able to build it up as much as you want prior to scanning

-Inability to find contacts unless you have the website/email domain

-There's no ability to search companies based on their tech stack

Our prospect base is heavily in Linkedin, and this is where Wiza excels. The ability to break down searches by employee department, seniority, and skills is great. 

We've been able to get reliable data, break down our contacts by seniority/priority.

We use Wiza for nearly all of our data generation.

Everytime I needed an email it was easy to find, no problems at all. Some like this make the process alot harder than it should be

There really isn't much to dislike here. As I mentioned before, the process is straightforward and easy.

I was never able to reach the correct person, and sometimes the email addresses provided were invalid. Additionally, I noticed that some contacts had up to four different email addresses, and many of my messages were returned as undeliverable.
