## Wiz Reviews
 ### 1. "One Tool, Complete Visibility for Cloud Vulnerability Management & CSPM"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranay M. | Information Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz uses agentless scanning, which means it can quickly discover vulnerabilities without installing agents on every asset. This reduces performance impact and speeds up onboarding.
Wiz doesn't just highlight problems - it provides clear guidance on how to fix issues, with links to relevant documentation and remediation steps.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The dashboard is powerful but can be overwhelming at first, especially if you're used to simpler vulnerability scanners.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is providing a single platform for Vulnerability Management, CSPM and Container Security which is very helpful for us because we don't have to use different tools for different purposes.

 ### 2. Clear Results and Tailored Guidance with Effortless Configuration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The results are clear, accurate, and prioritized. The remediation guidance is clear, concise, and can be tailored to the specific resource. And the configuration/setup as well as integration points, was simple and broad without being overly permissive. The company vision is ambitious and they deliver. The support team is extremely available and has not seen the usual turnover.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The interface is not always intuitive, and updates are pushed very frequently often breaking documentation links and changing processes with little to no notice.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is giving us a clear picture of what we have in our environments and how secure our applications are. When we need to assure compliance, either for clients or for certification, its findings are reliable and present without additional effort. And when cloud/app events and incidents inevitably happen, we can swarm and resolve the underlying risks much quicker than before.

 ### 3. Seamless Integration and Outstanding Detection Capabilities with Wiz

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Our experience with Wiz has been overwhelmingly positive. Integrating both our cloud and on-premises environments was straightforward, quick, and efficient, thanks to clear documentation and highly responsive account contacts. In addition to the standard Cloud Provider onboarding, we found it easy to connect our Kubernetes clusters via APIs, a feature we haven’t encountered with other vendors.

Wiz also stood out for its flexibility: by using the CLI, we were able to scan our repositories even without access to the native Repository connector. We successfully onboarded our virtual environment as well, which allowed us to gain insight into on-premises security issues.

One of the platform’s greatest strengths is its interface. Resource discovery happens instantly, the inventory fills rapidly, and projects can be segmented to provide team-specific access. The detection capabilities are exceptional, identifying everything from cloud misconfigurations to sensitive data exposure and new AI-related risks, all with customizable dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

There are a few minor bugs that do not affect the overall functionality of the service, such as issues with the history of the Mika AI assistant. Additionally, project segregation currently does not exclude Entra ID findings that are unrelated to the specific project. However, both of these issues have been addressed.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usage of the project helping us to increase visibility and speed-up findings resolution.

 ### 4. Comprehensive security tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel A. | Devops team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Additionally, I will say I like the ability to see my network and vulnerabilities very easy.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I think that it will be a good idea to use LLM to suggest me how to harden my security overall. I mean in a high level, what kind of components, network, setup should I add or change to make my environment better.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprenehive security tool and compliance of SoC2

 ### 5. Wiz: Fast Deployment, Instant Cloud Security Insights for Azure and AWS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is remarkably easy to implement, requiring minimal configuration to start delivering results. Within hours of deployment, it provides deep visibility across cloud environments, including Azure and AWS, without the need for agents or complex integrations. Its intuitive interface and automated risk prioritization make it simple for teams to identify and remediate critical issues quickly. The immediate value lies in its ability to unify security posture management across multiple clouds, helping organizations reduce risk and accelerate compliance from day one.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Difficulty with ServiceNow service graph connector

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is solving the challenge of gaining complete visibility and control across multi-cloud environments. Traditionally, identifying misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and toxic combinations in Azure and AWS required multiple tools and manual effort. Wiz eliminates that complexity by providing agentless scanning and a unified view of risks across workloads, identities, and configurations.
The benefit is immediate: we can quickly prioritize and remediate the most critical issues, reduce attack surface, and improve compliance without slowing down development. This has streamlined our cloud security posture management and given us confidence that risks are addressed proactively rather than reactively.

 ### 6. Cloud and Network Security Team Lead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franco L. | Cloud And Network Security Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

What I appreciate most about Wiz is how simple it is to integrate with my various cloud providers. Additionally, the sheer number of integrations with different tools, combined with the API it provides, allows us to extract valuable data. This enables us to enhance our security across all of our resources to an even greater degree.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Since I have a hybrid environment, what I would like from Wiz is a simpler way to integrate my on-premise environments.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we have a large M&A process, I am able to integrate Wiz quickly and easily assess the status of newly acquired companies. The platform provides dashboards that are straightforward for the executive team to understand and monitor.

 ### 7. A Game-Changer for Cloud Security team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avi L. | InfoSec Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

What I like best about Wiz is its clear visibility across our entire cloud environment without requiring agents. The platform maps risks end-to-end — from infrastructure misconfigurations to vulnerabilities, secrets, and compliance gaps — in a single dashboard.

For SecOps, it’s extremely valuable that Wiz prioritizes issues by context (e.g., exposed to the internet, contains sensitive data, exploitable path), so we don’t waste time chasing noise. Integrations with existing workflows (SIEM, ticketing, etc.) make it easy to operationalize findings.

From an admin perspective, the ease of deployment and scalability stand out. It’s quick to onboard new accounts, and visibility is almost immediate, which is rare in this space.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

What I dislike about Wiz is that the platform is not yet truly unified in management. With the number of products and capabilities they’ve added, it feels like they could be consolidated better — today it’s more like managing three different consoles instead of a single pane of glass.

The DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) capabilities are promising but still relatively immature compared to Wiz’s core strengths. Coverage is not as deep as I’d like, and it still needs more development to give us the same confidence we have with vulnerability and misconfiguration findings.

In addition, the volume of findings can be overwhelming, especially early on, and it requires tuning and integrations to avoid alert fatigue. Wiz is improving here, but out-of-the-box prioritization can still surface too much noise for smaller teams.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps us address several critical areas in cloud security, including monitoring and analytics, detection and response, compliance, vulnerability management, exposure management, and DSPM. Providing agentless visibility across our cloud environment eliminates blind spots and gives our SecOps team clear insight into risks and misconfigurations.
Its cloud detection and response features stand out because alerts are contextualized, allowing us to focus on real threats instead of noise.
Continuous compliance checks against industry frameworks save significant time during audits, while vulnerability scanning and exposure management prioritize issues based on exploitability and exposure paths, so we can remediate what truly matters first.
The DSPM capabilities are still maturing, but already help us locate sensitive data and highlight where it may be at risk, and help us to map most of our data.

Benefits to Us:

Time savings—Instead of manually correlating risks, Wiz shows the attack path in context, which accelerates the response.
Risk reduction – Prioritized findings ensure our limited SecOps resources focus on the most dangerous issues first.
Audit readiness – Compliance reporting is much faster and less painful.
Operational efficiency – With Wiz’s agentless deployment, onboarding new cloud accounts takes minutes, not days.

 ### 8. Exceptional Code-to-Cloud Visibility with Effortless Deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff d. | Information Security Governance Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The platform offers strong code-to-cloud visibility and provides meaningful insights into cloud risks. I also appreciate its excellent product roadmap and the straightforward deployment process, which makes it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The platform can become confusing due to the depth and breadth of its capabilities. There are certain edge cases where Wiz is unable to perform cloud security scanning, such as with private cloud resources. Additionally, some features, like exposure management, are still in the early stages of development.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product offers comprehensive security features, including application security, cloud security, and enhanced cloud visibility. It provides end-to-end security coverage, ensuring visibility from the initial code stage through to cloud deployment and runtime operations.

 ### 9. Wiz Delivers Real-Time Cloud Security Insights with Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark O. | Chief Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz has truly transformed the way our security teams, engineers, and developers work. We were able to set it up within a few days, and the integration process was extremely straightforward. Almost immediately, it began delivering in-depth insights into nearly every facet of our cloud environments in real time, giving us a high level of confidence in the data and results it provides. The support we've received, both during the initial deployment and afterwards, has been outstanding. My teams rely on Wiz daily, and it has rapidly become an essential part of our operations.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

We would appreciate it if the product could offer additional capabilities and features, as this would allow us to phase out some of our on-premises scanning tools. I am aware that some of these enhancements are already planned for future updates.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We transitioned significant parts of our enterprise to managed cloud services and needed comprehensive security visibility for these newly deployed critical workloads and data sets. Wiz was able to deploy rapidly, scale to support multiple teams, and deliver reliable, accurate results that benefited not only the security team but also the platform teams and cloud engineers.

 ### 10. Wiz Makes Cloud Security Simple and Smart

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is an incredibly easy tool to activate and use — setup requires minimal configuration effort, and the onboarding process is straightforward. Once operational, it provides a comprehensive and intuitive dashboard that allows teams to easily prioritize their remediation and improvement activities based on risk visibility and context.

In our organization, multiple teams use Wiz daily, including Security, DevOps, IT, and Compliance. This cross-team adoption has greatly improved collaboration and consistency in managing cloud security and compliance posture.

Another strong point is the seamless integration capabilities — connecting Wiz with other tools enhances its value and automates parts of the workflow. Finally, it’s worth highlighting that new features are frequently released, continuously improving the platform and keeping it aligned with the latest security needs.

The support team is very competent and quick to respond to questions.

Overall, Wiz stands out for its simplicity, effectiveness, and continuous innovation.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

One aspect that could be improved is the initial learning experience. Since the platform offers a wide range of features and insights, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. For users who are not deeply specialized in cloud environments, it may take some time to become fully comfortable and to grasp the full value Wiz provides.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps us gain complete visibility and control over our cloud environments, identifying misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks across multiple platforms in a single view. It significantly reduces the time needed to detect and prioritize issues by correlating them with context — such as exposure, permissions, and data sensitivity.

This has allowed our Security, DevOps, IT, and Compliance teams to collaborate more effectively, focus on what really matters, and take action faster. Overall, Wiz has improved our risk management, compliance posture, and operational efficiency across the organization.

 ### 11. Very powerful tool but frustrating support experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Very user friendly UI, a high number of attack paths in the library, meaning we get a lot of insightful issues to solve. We use it daily, and were able to deploy it fairly easily, although the sizing scripts had bugs compared to the README provided.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The support experience has been a pain.
When using other tools such as Datadog, the support team is able to loop in the engineering team and product manager, to ensure bugs are corrected in 24-48h. For Wiz bugs, we've had to escalate our ticket to our technical account manager and sales account manager to ensure the ticket is resolved properly (#87867)
Even when there is missing information in the audit logs (such as the email of the user which is missing when a user fails his MFA login) , Wiz considers it a feature request and does not acknowledge that it is an issue on an already released feature (#80861) - "Once implemented, it will be noted in the weekly Release Notes and the documentation.".
The regular issues regarding the lack of action type data in the audit logs makes it integrating with our SIEM complicated.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a holistic view of all of our Cloud stack, and Wiz helps us in achieving that

 ### 12. Powerful, Unified View of Our Cloud Security Posture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

It’s a powerful platform that lets us view the security posture of all our cloud assets in one place.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The licensing price is the most challenging part.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us discover vulnerabilities and clearly identify the exposures across our cloud resources.

 ### 13. it is a great product with so many in depth information available on your finger tips.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeeshan Z. | Information Security Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

JetBrains & IDE Integration plugin allows developers to see and fix risks (like hardcoded secrets or vulnerable libraries) before the code even leaves their local machine.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Now Google has acquired Wiz, so we expect the pricing to be more reasonable for small organisations

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance
visibility of high critical vulnerablities along with its fixes

 ### 14. Wiz: A Comprehensive Cloud Security Visibility Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Philippe G. | Cloud Ops Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

A clear map of all interconnected resources, illustrating how an attack could propagate. This capability is missing in AWS Security Hub and is a key strength of Wiz

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

One drawback is that the platform has a learning curve. It takes some time to fully understand the interface and make the most of all the features

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz centralizes our AWS configuration data, enabling rapid identification of misconfigurations such as overly permissive security groups and outdated Lambda runtimes. Its dashboards save significant time by providing a clear view of priorities and risk levels.

 ### 15. Effortless Remediation Steps Make It a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The remediation steps are actually actionable - not just 'fix this' but showing you exactly how. Also, the multi-cloud coverage means I'm not juggling different tools for our various portfolio companies' infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Takes a bit to learn their UX language, but once you get it, it makes sense. Sometimes the alert noise can be high until you tune it properly.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're dealing with patient health data, so any cloud misconfiguration could mean a HIPAA breach. Wiz catches stuff like exposed S3 buckets or overly permissive access before it becomes a problem. The continuous monitoring means I'm not constantly manually checking if PHI is actually protected. Also makes compliance audits way easier - I can actually show what controls we have in place instead of just saying 'trust me, it's secure.

 ### 16. Lightning-Fast Cloud Scanning with Effortless Risk Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandana shetty B. | SRE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The speediness in scanning all the cloud tenants, can be easily analyse the defects, risks and also security concerns. I found it easy to get all this info at one place. Like the feature- remediation, investigation automatically with diagrams

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

In the start I felt the UI was bit confusing but now it seems familiar

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I am working with wiz recommendation on Tenant has Kubernetes and not integrated with wiz, publicly exposed PaaS database server with DB with sensitive data and many more. wiz has helped our team to know all these security threats to protect our data and infra.

 ### 17. Who WIZ help us improve our crossclous security visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The WIZ sensors are an excellent addition.
the AI are alwo good includ the MCP connection and Slack

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Customer regular communication decreased a bit for long-time customers.
Quarterly review of how we use the system and suggestion of what we can improve will be nice :)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps us gain cross-cloud security standards where other vendors were a leak of support on some minor cloud vendors,
"Single pan of glass" to get a fast view of security issues across all of our resources.
Fast track of new vulnerabilities and more.

 ### 18. Wiz: Simplifying Cloud Security Visibility and Risk Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahammed A. | Principal Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz offers comprehensive visibility across cloud infrastructure without requiring agents, making it incredibly easy to deploy and scale. Its security graph provides a clear view of vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential attack paths in a unified interface. The platform integrates seamlessly with major cloud providers and supports rapid detection and remediation workflows, which helps security teams respond faster.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

While powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at first due to the sheer volume of data presented. Custom policy creation and fine-tuning require a learning curve. Additionally, pricing may be a concern for smaller organizations or teams with limited cloud footprints.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz is solving the problem of fragmented and complex cloud security by providing agentless, full-stack visibility into cloud infrastructure. It identifies vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, secrets, malware, and exposed services across virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions—all in a single, unified platform.

This benefits me by drastically reducing the time and effort required to gain security insights across multi-cloud environments. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manual audits, I get a clear risk prioritization view that helps focus on what truly matters—like exploitable paths attackers might use. It improves security posture, supports compliance efforts, and enables faster remediation with less operational overhead.

 ### 19. great value from the company product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yaron k. | VP R&D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

I think their product is really good and helpful. i must say, not all new features are intuitive to work with, and im i did not always new how to work with all of their tools, but they have an amazing support that will explain and go over with you on things so i guess that what make the different

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I think, again as a software engineer that does not intuitive relate to security in the tech world, maybe they can try to translate things better and give solutions in a more "developer language" maybe it is not possible - and what they are doing is the best solution for now - presenting you what they can and giving you a human service as best as they can :-)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we grow, and as the internet grows and expands, we need to understand more about the world of security and how to behave and implement things in our system.
Wiz presents us the problems in our system, explaining us the problem and how to fix it, doing so they also help us to prevent it happening in the future

 ### 20. Easy to deploy solution to gain visibility quickly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz is always there and keeps improving. Threat feed is very useful, being informed of any malicious activity going on.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Mainly the repeated findings for serverless resources without an easy way to silence them can be annoying.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In terms of compliance, Wiz helps us to make sure we're doing what needs to be done. It also provides dashboards that help leadership gain insight into the amount of issues that are being resolved. This makes it easier for us to advocate for time spent on security issues.

 ### 21. A Force Multiplier for Lean Security Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The agentless installation at Suki was incredibly smooth. We were able to get 100% visibility across our cloud environment immediately without the friction of deploying agents. The dashboards are truly world-class; they don't just show data, they tell a story.

The biggest upside is the prioritization. Instead of a flat list of thousands of alerts, Wiz uses its Security Graph to identify 'toxic combinations'—helping us focus on the 1% of issues that actually pose a reachable risk. Lastly, the support team is exceptional. They are highly responsive and act more like partners than a standard help desk.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

While the visibility is unmatched, the sheer volume of data can lead to initial alert fatigue. The platform is so comprehensive that it requires significant tuning to ensure developers aren't overwhelmed by non-critical findings.

There is also a slight workflow gap for developers. While Wiz is great at identifying the problem, the transition from 'finding an issue' to 'fixing it' still requires manual effort. Navigating the Security Graph can be a bit of a learning curve for non-security users who just want to know exactly what code to change.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very lean security team. Before Wiz, we were drowning in noisy, low-context alerts. Wiz has solved this by automating the prioritization of issues.

For Security: It acts as a force multiplier. Our current security engineers can manage a complex cloud footprint that would typically require a much larger team.

For Developers and SRE: We’ve given them their time back. We no longer bother them with irrelevant vulnerabilities; we only surface the "reachable" risks that actually matter. This has improved our developer and SRE velocity and built a culture of trust between security and engineering.

 ### 22. Wiz Delivers Best-in-Class Remediation Planning

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz automates our security journey to Google cloud

 ### 23. View your environment with little effort

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The ability to use the Wiz Sensor on Windows compute, even if it is in preview.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The support has been inconsistent the last 6 months or so. We go through period of very good support followed by slow support. There has also been varying levels of quality of support. The last month has shown an upward trend of improvement without back sliding.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to detect vulnerabilities and most importantly a risk-based approach to remediation to allow limited resources to secure our environment.

 ### 31. Comprehensive Solution with Excellent Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

It is comprehensive in what it covers. Its data model is excellent, allowing you to resolve issues quickly. It adds useful features at a healthy rate.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The expenses can add up quickly, which may force you to decide which data to leave out and which features to avoid turning on. Integration requires significant effort, and tuning the integration points to optimize value occurs over months.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz addresses a variety of challenges for us by offering clear visibility into both existing and potential issues, preventing problems before they escalate or materialize. Its active detection and response features enable us to handle incidents efficiently. The platform also automates remediation, reducing the number of staff hours required to resolve issues. Additionally, its AI-enhanced inspection capabilities allow us to quickly find answers about our environments.

 ### 32. Visibility and control over cloud workloads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz stands out for its clear visibility across cloud environments. I like how quickly it highlights risks without forcing me to dig through endless dashboards. The interface feels intuitive, and it connects security findings directly to what matters most, which saves a lot of time. It also integrates smoothly with different cloud platforms, so I don’t have to jump between tools.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

While Wiz offers impressive capabilities, there are times when the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming, particularly for those who are new to cloud security. Some alerts would benefit from more precise tuning to help minimize unnecessary noise. The platform is making steady improvements, but I would appreciate quicker response times when working with large environments.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz enables us to effectively manage cloud security risks that would otherwise be difficult to identify manually. Rather than spending countless hours trying to connect the dots ourselves, the platform provides a comprehensive view of misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues across all our environments.

The most significant advantage is the time we save—we're able to quickly focus on the most important issues and cut down on unnecessary distractions. Additionally, Wiz enhances collaboration between our security and DevOps teams, as everyone has access to the same findings and can respond more efficiently. In summary, Wiz simplifies the process of maintaining a robust security posture without hindering business operations.

 ### 34. Increased visibility and lower MTTR

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz has been easy to adopt and get started with. Their release schedule is also something to look forward to, with new relevant features coming out frequently.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

While initial adoption is easy, there can be at times too much data. Also, while the platform provides good visibility, other reporting relies on exporting csv's, which takes manual work to make presentable.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased visibility and better MTTR.

 ### 35. Revolutionized Our Cloud Security Posutre with Unmatched Visibility and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz has become and invaluable tool for our cloud security posture. The platform provides full visibility into all layers of our workload and cloud environments, which has been a game-changer for our security team.

It is amazing to see how different assets and resources are connected to each other. This contextual relationship helps us understand the risks and potential blast radius of vulnerability and misconfigurations in ways we have not been able to view before.

I also have to highlight that the Support team is exceptional. Our Account Manager and Technical Support team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in help us get the most value out of Wiz.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

My main critique is that Wiz is overwhelming at first. Wiz does so much that it can be challenging to know where to start. Its breadth of features and insights, while ultimately its strengths, creates a steep initial learning curve for new users to the platform.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz has fundamentally transformed how we approach cloud security management. The platform gives us visibility across our entire cloud environment, eliminating the blind spots that previously existed when trying to piece together information from multiple tools and consoles.
Having a single pane of glass to view all cloud resources, issues, and findings has dramatically improved our efficiency. Instead of context-switching between different dashboards and security tools, our team can now see everything in one place, which speeds up investigation and remediation times significantly.
The automation capabilities have been particularly valuable – Wiz automatically notifies the appropriate teams of vulnerabilities based on our configured rules and workflows. This means critical issues reach the right people immediately without manual triage, reducing our mean time to response.
Perhaps most importantly for our organization, Wiz ensures we adhere to the strictest security standards. The platform's compliance frameworks and continuous monitoring help us maintain our security posture and demonstrate compliance to auditors and stakeholders. This has reduced the stress and manual effort that previously went into compliance reporting, while giving us confidence that we're meeting our security obligations.

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Over the years Wiz has stayed consistent in its way of bringing the right level of signal from its scans.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The local code scanning felt very distinct from the cloud scanning (e.g. wrt SBOM)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps us in keeping our Cloud infrastructure securely configured. It also allows us to spot vulnerabilities in our containers and dependencies which we would otherwise not easily spot.

 ### 37. Better Visibility Into Cloud Security

 ### 39. Incredible Pace of Feature Updates and Upgrades Make Wiz a Standout Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz delivers a highly satisfying user interface and user experience, offering a clean and intuitive environment. The dashboard features are particularly robust, and the overlays, together with seamless integrations into the cloud console and other services, make it straightforward and extremely useful for triaging, investigating, and responding to alerts. The security graph is a fantastic addition to threat modelling sessions, and the compound issues (e.g. actually exploitable issues) are a great way to prioritise effort and resource allocation.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

There isn't anything I directly dislike, but the rapid pace of product updates and feature enhancements makes it challenging to fully learn the platform from start to finish. With new features being added so frequently, it can be difficult for small teams who have other responsibilities to keep up.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Wiz as our Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform, focusing on securing the cloud deployments of our products and services. One of the main advantages is its unified platform, which offers multiple views tailored to various roles and use cases. This makes Wiz a powerful, all-in-one solution for our needs.

 ### 40. Wiz is helping us better secure our company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay L. | Security Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Visibility and Team Ownership: Setting up projects and dashboards has helped our teams take ownership of their areas of the organization.

Risk Prioritization: We know exactly what to work on because Wiz helps identify assets with external exposure, vulnerabilities, data findings, misconfigurations, etc.

Solve issues, not just identify them: This is where I think Wiz has the secret sauce so to speak. Not only can it identify issues in your environment, but generating code fixes or steps how to remediate an issue makes it much easier for development teams to solve.

Setup: Integrations are seamless, easy to implement and work right away.

Dashboard: Allows you to quickly check each day the status of your environment and what needs to be tackled next.

Support Team: Support is fast and has a ton of helpful documents to assist you in the need arises.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Custom Dashboards: The board views right now are limited to some predefined queries. While very good and useful. I would like to see this expanded in the future to allow more customizations.

Some of the views and issues do require some time in seat being in the application. If you want your dev team to be in the console, you will need to provide some training or use the integrations to send the information to them elsewhere.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of Visibility and Context: It can be hard to know exactly what is going on in your cloud environments and that's where Wiz has shined for us. Integrating from our code repository to our cloud service provides us with a really cool security graph that shows potential attack paths. The context of not only a vulnerability or exploit in your environment, but seeing how it impacts your organization is huge.

Overwhelming Security Alerts and "Alert Fatigue": While Wiz doesn't completely remove false positives, my team knows when alerts come in, it means action is needed.

Slow Remediation and Collaboration Issues: Remediation steps provided directly to the engineering teams shortens investigation time and allows our team to actually resolve issues rather than Jira tickets sitting in a backlog.

Vulnerability Management: Connecting to our code repository we can instantly create PRs to update packages in our repositories.

"Top Compliance Overview Scores" looks much more informative.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

It is very intuitive and easy to use. API is amazing!

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helps me with the GCP environment. It shows configuration errors and vulnerable VMs. It saves me a lot of time compared to the GCP Security Command Center. Integration with ticketing system (Jira) is very helpfull.

 ### 43. Effortless Adoption and Prioritization Across Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

I appreciate the ease of use, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the clear communication regarding issues. Additionally, I have noticed how quickly it has been adopted by various teams.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The only aspect that left me disappointed was the transition from the previous "all in" licensing model to a pricing structure based more on specific features or workloads.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz helped us take enormous amounts of data about our systems, and turn it into actionable insights. Acting on those insights has generated tangible improvements in our security and responsiveness as new risks emerge.

 ### 44. Comprehensive, Actionable Security Insights Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Wiz offers comprehensive, agentless visibility and excels at turning complex data into clear, actionable, and prioritized security insights.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

I appreciate everything about Wiz and the range of capabilities it offers.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issues that Wiz addresses—such as removing security blind spots, automating the correlation of threats, and delivering actionable insights—help make the entire technology ecosystem more secure. When the cloud environment is safer, it results in higher-quality and more secure information being accessible to users everywhere. This, in turn, directly supports my ability to offer reliable and accurate answers.

 ### 45. Unified Multi-Cloud Security with AI-Driven Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

The platform offers a multi-cloud strategy, providing unified visibility across Azure, OCI, and Kubernetes environments. Its risk-based prioritization ensures that remediation efforts are directed toward the most critical attack paths, rather than addressing isolated issues. Additionally, it is designed with future-ready security in mind, featuring AI-driven security posture management and integration with ServiceNow to enable automated workflows.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The alert noise generated at scale can be overwhelming for smaller teams, making careful fine-tuning necessary. Additionally, the current Wiz connectors lack support for ingesting real-time threats into SIEM tools, which can be a limitation. There is also a learning curve involved in mastering the platform's extensive features. Furthermore, the pricing is quite high, especially for access to the advanced feature set.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified visibility into our cloud workloads, along with risk-based prioritization, helps us address any misconfigurations effectively.

 ### 46. Great, multi cloud CSPM. Compliments and enriches our vulnerability visibility.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

AI integrations seem promising and better visibility into container workloads.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Nothing major. I'd love to see 3rd-party API connects that my systems are connecting to outside of Wiz visibility (i.e. This AMI is making calls to Salesforce API, etc)

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest problem Wiz is solving for us as getting consistent configuration management and vulnerability data across hundreds of AWS accounts as well as some GCP accounts from merger and acquisitions.

 ### 47. Wiz has increased it's value to us every year by improvements and their support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

Container security features have helped our teams greatly

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Reporting needs improvement. Support for cloud environments in China has always been tricky, Wiz has improved but has a way to go

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing us information about the riskiest hosts and cloud settings helps prioritize remediation work for our company.

 ### 48. Explanatory Graphics That Make Threat Prioritization Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis S. | Presales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

It provides a very explanatory graphic that helps prioritize and resolve threats, from development to production deployment.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

The way the solution is licensed makes it difficult for customers to have clarity about the associated costs

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility and priority of incidents that could occur in the different clouds used by companies

 ### 49. Wiz: A gamechanger for cloud risk management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shirisha D. | Infra transformation sr analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

I like best about wiz is its agentless architecture and instant visibility. Wiz connects directly through cloud APIs and starts discovering misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and identity risks almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

Some advanced features may require deeper technical knowledge to configure properly. Also the initial permissions setup for scanning can be a bit tricky if you are new to cloud security

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz has helped us identify security gaps and misconfigurations that traditional tools miss.

 ### 50. Wiz's Product Expansion And Its Impact On Cloud Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin W. | Cloud Application Security Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiz?**

1- The way Wiz proactively gives us threat info, especially those alerts that come with ready-to-use searches to see if we're affected, has been super helpful for finding and fixing important weaknesses fast. It's now just part of what our security team does every day.
2- The querying in Wiz, based on KQL, is seriously strong and flexible. Being able to create our own specific searches means our team can really dig deep and spot anomalies in our environment that we wouldn't be able to do otherwise.
3- It's cool to see Wiz moving into other areas like Wiz Code and Defend. It shows they're not standing still and could become a central place for all our cloud security tools, which would be awesome.

**What do you dislike about Wiz?**

1 - Even though it's mostly comprehensive, the support for Google Cloud isn't quite as good as it is for AWS in some specific things, like how it handles tags and finds leftover domain names. It also feels like when we ask for GCP improvements, they don't always get get the attention they deserve.
2 - Most of the support folks we've dealt with have been fantastic, even helping us with things beyond what we originally asked. But with how fast Wiz is growing, we've noticed a slight dip in how quickly they get back to us sometimes, and the quality of the answers a be a bit hit or miss now and then.

**What problems is Wiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiz enhances our security posture by providing a valuable complement to our existing tools. Its risk-based approach is particularly beneficial, allowing us to prioritize and address the most critical issues within our cloud environment. Furthermore, we leverage Wiz to streamline our regulatory reporting obligations. The seamless integration with Jira has significantly simplified our workflows, and its connectivity with our XDR and SIEM platforms enables efficient threat identification and triage by our security operations team
