**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

The studio is fairly easy to use. AI also helps with wording and layout that can be adjusted later. Adding your projects and images can be time-consuming if not organized. Plans are available to purchase if you really want a high-end website. I have not used the Support option, as I have not needed it. The performance is smooth when the internet is good.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I like the AI ability to type what you want and it does the footwork for you. And even if it's not perfect, you can make the adjustments yourself.

**What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The prices are a bit steep when you're a bit on the broke side. Don't think that's really a problem that needs fixing, and more of a personal choice.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

The most helpful aspect for me is the advanced responsive editor, which gives truly pixel-perfect control. Unlike standard builders, it supports concurrent editing, so my team can work on the same site at the same time and leave live comments directly on the canvas to speed up feedback. The centralized workspace is another big plus, since it makes it easier to manage multiple client sites, domains, and team permissions all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

The “PX*” Unit System: Many users find the default “PX*” unit (proportional scaling) frustrating, because it can make elements behave unpredictably when they’re expecting standard fixed pixels. Switching elements back to standard pixels is often described as tedious and time-consuming.

Editor Lag and Stability: The editor is frequently reported to feel slow and buggy, and it can be prone to crashing—especially when working on more complex sites or when using custom code.

Fragmented Workflow: Key tools, such as marketing dashboards and the site editor, live in separate panels. This can make the overall management process feel disjointed and less unified than on some competing platforms.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I like using Wix Studio for my freelancing web design work. The AI template and the ease of using drag and drop to design a website saves me a lot of time. I appreciate the easement of how we can design our website with this tool. The app store included is also very helpful, offering various apps that improve the running and design of a website, especially for statistics and design needs. The new design language and straightforward building process save time, making it efficient for me.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

The one area of improvement is its plan pricing which keeps on changing every now and then. I also wish I could find a guide book for the settings menu.

**What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wix Studio's AI template and drag-and-drop ease save me time from coding from scratch. The app store helps with website statistics and design, making it valuable. Using it with Gmail for the inbox is efficient.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I love that Wix Studio is a no code tool with a WYSIWYG editor, so what we see is what we get. The drag and drop feature is just overpowered, making it so much easier than hard coding elements, especially when making things responsive. It handles responsiveness like a charm. I appreciate the alignments and view tools that help with polishing in subtle small ways. The animation capabilities, whether for user interaction or scrolling, are too good. Optimizing animations with tools like Spline or coding with Anime.js, 3D.js, or GSAP usually require experience, but here it’s a lot easier. The ease of using and handling Wix Studio is amazing, it really turns complicated websites, especially responsive and animated ones, into a child's play. The initial setup was great, and it's perfect for small teams because management isn’t hard.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I doubt there's anything bad about it but maybe the paywalls and the usage of some features behind a paywall.

I find Wix Studio's no-code, WYSIWYG editor streamlines website creation with drag-and-drop ease. It automates responsiveness, offers alignment tools, and simplifies animation, making sophisticated web design manageable without extensive coding experience.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I love Wix Studio because I can easily create my websites without knowing how to code. It has great options, designs, and integrations, and everything I might need. There's also a great selection of templates and themes to choose from based on my needs. I can easily switch colors, fonts, add widgets, and make my website beautiful. It's great to tailor my website to my logo colors or any palette I want to use. Wix offers multiple font options that you normally don't find in other website builders, and I can upload fonts as well. The ability to modify forms and add colors all in one place is just great. Plus, the initial setup of Wix Studio was smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

Sometimes it can get buggy and things won't save, which could be bad for your website. Also, I've noticed a few times that moving things may disrupt the boxes and appear weird when you preview. Last time I used it, it also took a while to render changes on mobile.

**What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Wix Studio because I can easily create my websites without coding. It has great options, designs, and integrations. I can switch colors, fonts, and add widgets to make websites beautiful, tailoring them to my logo colors or palette. It’s great doing all this in one place.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

It's simplicity is unmatched. It is single handedly one of the most user-friendly and simple tools I have ever come across. There is no complex jargon, or needlessly long tasks that have to be completed to get the most basic functionality. 

They give you all the building blocks for your website and just give you creative freedom to make it. Their customer service is always on hand to support you when creating your website and answer any questions. They also have a very helpful inbuilt AI tool that can really help you if customer service is not available or if you just want to ask a simple question with a simple answer.

The cost of the package is so reasonable compared to other website building providers. The performance is 10 out of 10. It really does perform perfectly at all points. We've seldom had an issue with the product. 

It has amazing integration opportunities as well. There are so many things you can link it with. Especially good for SEO functionality and Google Search Console/Analytics.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I can honestly say there is little to nothing I don't like Wix! I think it's an incredible platform and is so accessible for anyone regardless of their experience of technology and web building. 

If I had to think of one thing, I would say it's a little bit annoying that the Wix Studio App doesn't not have the same level of functionality as it does online on a laptop, which means doing some tasks while you're not at a computer/laptop can become a bit tedious and annoying.

In the past, we had some confusion about the marketing suite offer that Wix offers as part of the website package we had. However their customer service was so helpful. They explained everything really well to us and even gave us some free stuff as a gesture of good faith to help address the confusion we were struggling with at the time.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to use Wix Studio. It helps us stay informed about service technologies as it evolves along with the pace of technology. I have received exceptionally good customer experience from both the Customer Success Manager and the online support team. The live chat team is exceptionally friendly, helpful, supportive, and reliable. They resolve queries quickly and escalate them when I need to, also, their support BOT is great and allows you to break out to a person when you are unsure of what you need.  I always feel supported. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I need to get user data from the Wix Membership App. I cannot track signed-in members through logs, content access, viewing, and downloading of content. The reporting is good, but standard and for an enterprise organization, I have been struggling to get support to solve my requirements. I need proper member logs that show when a person logged in, what they were viewing or engaging with, and build a trend analysis so I can recommend relevant content that the member may find interesting.

Wix Studio helps us provide information and communication across regions, allowing members to access services and learn about our organization. It's easy to use and keeps us updated with technology advancements.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I really like how easy it is to use Wix Studio. It's great that it includes various apps and add-ons like events, shopping, and SEO integration, which are very helpful in our projects. It's also a big plus that we can develop and create websites without needing a deep knowledge of coding, which has been very helpful for our team.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I think there's some glitches and bugs here and there. The general Wix support team or tech support isn't as helpful as our account manager. They could use a more client-facing approach, rather than just saying no to different things. Also, Wix doesn't have all the options we would like, such as a drive to synchronize files, so we end up using another provider and embedding the code.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I like the flexibility in design and the agile sort of design framework of Wix Studio. It gives us the ability to design fast and without really much in the way of limitations.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

Dynamic CMSs are a bit of a tough point for us because they're live, and we don't have a staging site. If we were pushing something large, we would have to create our own test site, test it, and then rebuild it again on the live site. Once rebuilding it on the live site, we have to be careful because the CMSs on the back end that are auto set to live don't allow us to have a safe way of publishing new content. We had a few major stumbling blocks like geolocation issues and significant issues with the HubSpot integration that lasted for a few months. We also faced a lot of security concerns from our security team. Wix Studio is probably a little too expensive for personal projects.

Wix Studio helps bring users to my corporate website and generates leads for sales.

I find Wix Studio to be more intuitive than other platforms I've tried, which makes learning it much easier for a novice like me. The automated campaign features are particularly exciting and seem promising for our small not-for-profit organization. I also appreciate having a dedicated Wix Coach who has been awesome and patient, helping me through the setup process and connecting me with other Wix experts as needed. The customer support deserves a 10 plus! With Wix Studio, I feel like I have a team working behind the scenes with me, enhancing our marketing efforts, even though I am a one-person show.

I use Wix Studio to create websites, and I really appreciate that there are existing templates, so I don't have to start from scratch. I find it very easy to use, especially with the drag and drop features, which are great for someone like me who doesn't have HTML knowledge. The initial setup was also very easy. To be honest, it's the perfect site.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

The customer service is incredible. I hate chat support and prefer phone, but I got Andrew on chat support. He was not only kind and efficient, he even walked outside of his work building (doesn't get good service inside) to check the integrity of my forms on Wix. What an incredible worker!! He definitely deserves a raise for his dedication to the customer.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I would like more streamline features and options - in forms and interactive elements. Wix seems very limited and manual with CMS inputs that don't work and can cost hours of technical support time with teams. I also would like more options with being able to have menus appear at different parts of my pages as the user scrolls without it being the main header so I can keep the hero top design unique and clean. More control over dynamic animations would be ideal.

**What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am impressed by the interface and it's flexibility for the most part to put anything anywhere you like. I dis like how most items need to be stacked because i can't properly layer them and understand the challenge with dynamic content changing per device size. I have tried a lot of web builders and I do appreciate how the interface allows you to really lean into your imagination and in general not break or limit creativity or placement. What makes Wix stand out however, is it's customer service. It's the biggest reason I stay over other platforms. You can't beat live human service and while I do appreciate Kera for short reminders or fixes, she becomes confused often or the material she is operating on is outdated so her instructions describe elements that are no longer there. So the phone support any time - literally any time is what I value the most. You just can't beat that kind of service.

I like Wix Studio because it's an all-in-one platform, which is super helpful for me as a solopreneur and a neurodivergent person. Having everything in one place reduces work sprawl and tech stack issues for me. It's like, having one app to rule them all makes everything better. I appreciate that it partners with payment solutions that work in South Africa, offering a range of options there.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I don't like their payment plan and add-on payment plans. They could be better. The minimum you get with your website, like the email marketing, seems low compared to other places like GoDaddy. The number of free emails you get just with your website is really low compared to other competitors. I also found the initial setup not that easy; there was a learning curve, especially when I added a business email. It was too much of a pain, so I abandoned using the Google Workplace with Wix completely.

Wix Studio is an all-in-one platform where I host my website, manage email marketing, and schedule tasks in one place. It also partners with payment solutions that work in South Africa, reducing the need to switch between platforms.

**What do you like best about Wix Studio?**

I like that Wix Studio offers more development options with the Velo and Wix CLI. I enjoy using their new AI platform to generate marketing materials and even create the website itself. There's a lot to like about it.

**What do you dislike about Wix Studio?**

I don't like that you can't migrate a regular Wix build to Wix Studio, which is frustrating. 1) Wix gives our technical team members (designers and developers) full control over the look & feel + lets us build very complex, custom-coded projects;

2) All while making ongoing management of the site on the admin side incredibly easy--even for the most non-technical clients. Content mode in particular is makes updating the site simple and prevents them from breaking the designs/responsiveness we create.

Wix solved the problem of being on the web with a website in a way I really love, because it’s easy to use and perfect for showing my work.

Some of the features can be a little 'clunky'. Even though it is easy, it would be even better if there was a drag and drop option to add elements to the website.

Nothing, I love everything! It is the most user-friendly web design tool there is.

I dislike the high fees and I wish they offer more website themes. Also contacting Support is almost impossible. They should make that easier.

I find the aspects of contact forms in Wix Studio a bit confusing and problematic compared to the normal Wix. There have been several issues while developing, especially since these are in the beta stage. This has led to a need for improvements in these areas. Additionally, I notice that with many new elements coming in, it would be beneficial if these issues can be fixed at an early stage.

Ultimately, I found you can turn your photos into three dimensional photos in this one! With Wix I am still trying to close my mouth and finish my web page in aww. You can opt out of using so many photos and it won't take away from the pizazz.

If only they had a way for AI to work alongside more features , it would be less time consuming. I have yet to find website building software to fit my needs.

It can take up to forever to build a web store. So, I have opted, in the meantime, starting out with a webpage and will later build my way up to a web store.

The drop and drag system is a excellent tool for the designers that don't have a lot of experience in dev language but also have a special tools for the experts in development web apps and ui/Ux web design.

i don't have bad comments about the Wix Studio but I can give a recommendation about its apps, maybe they can be more open to work with other integrations.

It is a tool that evolved to be the best SAAS service to easily create and manage not just a website, but an entire CRM system and e-Commerce tools in one place. Its implementation is done naturally and the customer support is simply spectacular. It is a tool we can rely on 24/7 (hence its frequency of use) and it integrates with all our tools.

I don't see any disadvantages. I think it fulfills its purposes very well.

Wix was the tool that allowed us to operate as a scalable and global Agency.

I have my homepage built on the Wix. I find it very easy to build yourself a homepage on Wix, without needing to know anything about coding etc.
