"Versatile Platform, But Add-On Costs Could Improve"

What do you like best about Wix Studio?

I like Wix Studio because it's an all-in-one platform, which is super helpful for me as a solopreneur and a neurodivergent person. Having everything in one place reduces work sprawl and tech stack issues for me. It's like, having one app to rule them all makes everything better. I appreciate that it partners with payment solutions that work in South Africa, offering a range of options there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix Studio?

I don't like their payment plan and add-on payment plans. They could be better. The minimum you get with your website, like the email marketing, seems low compared to other places like GoDaddy. The number of free emails you get just with your website is really low compared to other competitors. I also found the initial setup not that easy; there was a learning curve, especially when I added a business email. It was too much of a pain, so I abandoned using the Google Workplace with Wix completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
