I use Wistia for all of our video content as the primary video repository for our website and social media. What I like most is the swap feature that allows us to replace videos without losing the link. It prevents us from losing traction with our customers and saves us from having to replace links on our marketing site. I appreciate the flexibility to decide whether to keep our stats or wipe the slate clean when updating videos, depending on whether it's a completely new video or just an update. I'd like better sorting. I can select favorite channels, but I cannot sort by that selection on the channels tab. (I know there's a favorites tab, but that has all of my favorites - not just channels.) Also, I wish that I could make the header smaller than it is. One of the challenges I run into from time to time is finding easy, simple ways to just create a playlist of videos. We have options for channels, but sometimes run into a bit of confusion. We have five or six videos we wanna pull into a small group and share that out. To do things like that, we have to create a whole channel for it. Sometimes there's a matter of videos being copied, so the old versions are in one place and the new versions in another. Just being able to create a quick playlist, similar to YouTube, would be helpful. Another issue is that Wistia doesn't fully connect with all types of HubSpot fields. It's surprisingly unique. Every other video hosting platform is social or internal. This is client/customer facing, but it's yours.
