We use Wiseteam for all our projects. The Engineering team uses it as a tool to create schedule timelines for each milestone. This helps them to organize the information in an effective manner. I think some additional options that will allow you to play around with the timeline visuals will be more effective. This will enable the engineers to use the information from a different perspective. In addition, some tutorial on how ro navigate through the software will be useful to the new users. OVERALL: With WiseTeam, you are sure of integrating modern management practices like KANBAN, SCRUM, AGILE, ITIL, etc into all aspects of the business. It covers the core of our business process; from the sales/on-boarding process to project management( material allocation, resource approvals, project implementation and closure), billing and invoicing.
