WiseStamp Pros and Cons

What I like best about Wisestamp is how intuitive and flexible it is. We use it to support our multi-brand, multi-location company, each with different primary logos, addresses, URLs, etc. And the centrally administered settings is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course I wish WiseStamp was cheaper but since it serves as both a great signature AND a marketing opportunity with the use of banners, I feel like it is worth the cost. There were a few hiccups we had in the first 6 months of using it. Once the signatures are set, you can just let leave it alone and you won't need to deal with pesky signature issues anymore. This will give everyone the option of using the company signature so they don't need to do anything either. It's what you would want, minimal fuss for those admins managing as well as the users.

If you use Google, it does take a bit of a manual setup in Google Workspace to get the server side setup correctly. Once it is setup however, it's a dream. You can use any mail client and the signature will be added if none is detected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a team of 5 and 2 admin emails, we utilize WiseStamp for our signatures to customize them to our titles and names, as well as our admin spaces. We also use them to provide links to schedulers and our upcoming events.

I really enjoy the customization and abilities of WiseStamp to create a branded easy-to-use email signature.

Along with the great features of WiseStamp, I also greatly appreciate their customer service! When I had a problem, the representative responded quickly and provided a much-appreciated solution for my team.

The only thing that I did not like about WiseStamp is that they only allowed me to upgrade from 5 seats to 15 seats. I was not going to need 15 seats for my business ever. WiseStamp makes it extremely easy to upgrade your organizations email signatures. It directly integrates with your Google Business organization, and allows you to customize and implement professional email signatures across all employees within an organization, and it was easy to implement and set up. There are no big outpoints that I've come across from using the software. The login flow can be buggy sometimes, and requires you to login twice if you're using a google email. And we've had an issue where certain campaigns we schedule for promotions not being taken down within email signatures after the campaign has ended. There appears to be two options of the product, including one that I can use for a small business and the other for something else. The most helpful aspect of Wise Stamp is that it allows admins to control and strwamline all employees email signatures. Wise Stamp makes giving your employees a professional image to all whom they interact with, inlcuding prospective clients! Im able to update our company's email signature as often as I need in unison with our current campaigns we're running at the time. The customer support is very timely and helpful. WiseStamp was the perfect solution for our organization's signature needs. The implementation was quick and easy to set up with fairly minimal time required by our IT department. Now that it's implemented, our marketing team is able to take care of setting up new employee signatures and turning off signatures when employees depart the company. The features available like meeting buttons or adding videos for our sales and customer service teams are great additions and very easy to set up. Any time we've run into questions or problems (on rare occasions) and reached out to customer support, they have been very reponsive and helped us solved the issue very quickly. We haven't encountered any real issues with WiseStamp. If I absolutely had to come up with a downside it might be that it would be nice to have more possible signature designs to work with but this wouldn't stop us from using the service.
