We do not have IT nor the funds to support this part on our own. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** I was bribed to write a good review with the incentive of an amazon giftcard. After I made the review and asked our "Account executive" when I would get the gift card, it had already expired. Not only this, but I had never been given a chance to claim it or any sort of notification. I emailed our account executive and he has been the opposite of helpful, and chooses to ignore any feedback or issues within emails. I have had sales people at wisestamp try to sell my on a package WHEN WE ARE ALREADY APART OF IT. The sales guy had literally no idea we are already using the service, and I had to email him multiple times. The templates are not very helpful. They really only show different spacial variations of the same fonts, colors, bars,etc. I feel as if each template should be unique from a design perspective, not just another format of the same signature. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have an IT / computer tech department at our work.
