We use it to support our multi-brand, multi-location company, each with different primary logos, addresses, URLs, etc. And the centrally administered settings is a huge timesaver. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** Of course I wish WiseStamp was cheaper but since it serves as both a great signature AND a marketing opportunity with the use of banners, I feel like it is worth the cost. There were a few hiccups we had in the first 6 months of using it. It was partly user errors by us and partly due to some technical transitions by them, but it has been working very smoothly for us ever since. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have always tried to use email signatures, but with users on Mac and Windows, as well as iOS and Android for Mobile, managing content and implementation was tedious before WiseStamp. Customer Support is also very good and attentive. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** If you use Google, it does take a bit of a manual setup in Google Workspace to get the server side setup correctly. Once it is setup however, it's a dream. It directly integrates with your Google Business organization, and allows you to customize and implement professional email signatures across all employees within an organization, and it was easy to implement and set up. Their customer support has been helpful, too, whenver I've reached out. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** There are no big outpoints that I've come across from using the software. The login flow can be buggy sometimes, and requires you to login twice if you're using a google email. And we've had an issue where certain campaigns we schedule for promotions not being taken down within email signatures after the campaign has ended. Otherwise the interface and UI/UX is intuitive and easy to use. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company never had professional email signatures prior to using Wisestamp. We've always use the default signature capabilities within Gmail. With Wisestamp, we've been able to upgrade all our employee's email signatures to be congruent, professional, and it allows us to feature banners within our signatures that promote campaigns our company is running, which is a super neat feature. ### 14. The design of the signatures are really nice and the changes are automatically visible. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** Employees can't upload their own banner, and it's not possible for the admin to upload a banner only for certain persons (for example, all those who're attending a fair), which is a bit annoying. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** People weren't setting up their signature properly. ### 35. The implementation was quick and easy to set up with fairly minimal time required by our IT department. Now that it's implemented, our marketing team is able to take care of setting up new employee signatures and turning off signatures when employees depart the company. The features available like meeting buttons or adding videos for our sales and customer service teams are great additions and very easy to set up. Any time we've run into questions or problems (on rare occasions) and reached out to customer support, they have been very reponsive and helped us solved the issue very quickly. Couldn't be more pleased that we decided to purchase WiseStamp and plan to continue the service for the forseeable future. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** We haven't encountered any real issues with WiseStamp. If I absolutely had to come up with a downside it might be that it would be nice to have more possible signature designs to work with but this wouldn't stop us from using the service. We've had no problems using the designs currently available. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we started using WiseStamp we were manually distributing signatures to each employee. This was a clunky and imperfect system and led to employees having many different signatures in use at any given time which was not ideal. WiseStamp has made it very easy to ensure that signatures are consistent across the company and within departments. Deploying changes to the company signature is also fast, easy, and seamless. ### 37. Overall it is very easy to use. Implementation was a breeze with the integration. Knowing that this is a daunting task, WiseStamp has made it easy to implement the same signature across many employees, seamlessly! **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** When first jumping in, there was a large learning curve, though implementing ever since then has been easy. Support was not 100% available, I had issues scheduling a time to talk to someone because their time zones were 3am EST and beyond. Over the course of being a customer, the customer service has improved but it's best to get your account manager involved in order to get your questions answered. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, we were not able to get a uniform email signature across all of our employees, we are now able to have a consistent email signature across all employees and maintain brand standards. On top of that we have a large group of employees who are international, we are able to seamlessly update their signatures to match our U.S. marketing banners when needed. ### 48. It is easy to use and helped me discover what I can do with my email signature in Google Workspace in 2024. It was easy to implement and the customer support was there for me when I needed it (at least as far as replying to my messages goes). **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** What I really wanted to achieve was to brute-force signatures to all my employees in Google Workspace to make it more consistent. Instead, I felt a bit underwhelmed when I learned that it was not possible. My employees could be pushing other signatures, effectively killing the purpose of using WiseStamp.
