Having five companies and almost 500 employees, WiseStamp keeps us looking consistent and yet there is a great deal of flexibility to allow for a creative approach. It has been a great relationship and we are very happy we decided to partner with this organization. The support team if very responsive and helpful if there are issues, but it is so easy to manage it is rare we have any reason to reach out. The integration team helped us to get everyone started and it was a breeze! We add it to every new hire when their account is created and it is on there every day afterwards. The most helpful thing about WiseStamp is its direct integration with Google Workspaces. Allowing us to update on a whim allows us to be efficient elsewhere in the company. From position changes to new hires, WiseStamp assists us with our professionalism on written communication with vendors, intercommunication with the company, and customers. The ease of use, ease of implementation are both fantastic. Our employees can manage their own accounts and if there are any issues (which we've had very few), the customer support is fantastic. I haven't really found much I dislike about WiseStamp. The only thing I could possibly say is determining which portal to use between personal email, Workspace email and Google Admin email can be a little confusing, but it's nothing that isn't easily figured out. Wisestamp is a new tool to me and it was recently introduced to our team as a way to get custom email signatures that will be uniform across all 300 staff members. When first jumping in, there was a large learning curve, though implementing ever since then has been easy. Support was not 100% available, I had issues scheduling a time to talk to someone because their time zones were 3am EST and beyond. Over the course of being a customer, the customer service has improved but it's best to get your account manager involved in order to get your questions answered. I like the Signature Editor. It is easy to use and helped me discover what I can do with my email signature in Google Workspace in 2024. What I really wanted to achieve was to brute-force signatures to all my employees in Google Workspace to make it more consistent. Instead, I felt a bit underwhelmed when I learned that it was not possible. My employees could be pushing other signatures, effectively killing the purpose of using WiseStamp. The user interface and editor is very user friendly. Able to connect and integrate external apps like scheduling and social media links. For me, I was looking for a certain layout but I had too many things. This is where thier customer service comes into play - It was easy for me to have my issue resolved, literally within 24 hours. I have used WiseStamp in my Gmail and Outlook clients for years, and its a pleasure to recommend this tool without reservation. I can quickly apply one of ten signatures that I've created with the client and easily maintain common items in one place like disclaimer notices, social media links, logos, and photos. I have no negative comments about WiseStamp, itself. However, I used a wonderful tool called WiseIntro from the same company that was suddenly "unsupported."
