I currently don't have anything to dislike about it but I took some time to trust logging in with my linkedin account because I wasn't trusting the link so much yet, making the login screen more secured can help me feeling more comfortable sharing my information.

Make the site simpler. For people who are new to the site, I think the site is a bit complicated to use. Ease of implementation is not suitable for newcomers.

I did not face any obstacles with you that led to major problems. On the contrary, my experience with you was excellent.

Using it indirectly through electronic shopping systems, and I see that it has a very strong database that reflects the strength of different sites. For example, a site like Coursera, as I always shop through it, and the speed of navigating between pages smoothly and the speed of executing purchases.

**What do you like best about Wiser Solutions?**

Wiser's cross-channel price monitoring solution is more comprehensive and easier to use and implement than the many solutions we looked at. Uploading our product data was much easier and efficient, and their customer support is OUTSTANDING. John and his team are responsive to every request, and they went out of thier way to supply all the training we could ask for. The platform integrated our previous MAP program beautifully; we were able to port all of our notice letters and sync our dealer database automatically. The range of features is deep enough that I've yet to come across something that it doesn't do - without burying the UI in unnecessary choices. If there is something we want that isn't immediately avaialble, Wiser has a very growth-minded approach to incorporating user feedback and updating processes and features. Being able to log in every day and see trends and problems in near-real time is a big bonus. I can generate reports on-demand within minutes, which means our sales team can address issues before they escalate. We're adding more SKUs and expanding our practice with Wiser.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?**

The solution is new, with some parts still in beta or underdeveloped. The upside is that our feedback is helping to guide the development directly, and it is also very effiecent and cost-effective. However this does mean that some features we have to wait for, and there are some areas of the UI that are still clunky or incomplete. But isn't that true of all software these days...?

**What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a mid-sized manufactuer, we're always struggling to maintain our prices in the marketplace. The online discount wars are a constant headache! We've been through many iterations of MAP policing and monitoring practices / technology, and Wiser is finally the right fit. It's not over-engineered (or overpriced) which means that we can mainatin ROI on the cost and resoruces, while demonstrating to our dealer network a serious and competent enforcemnt practice.

My favorite feature that Wiser provides are the emails that come in real time from the field team.  I get to see what the shelf looks like, observe the competition and can email the field team immediately for any corrective action that may need attending.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?**

I don't care for the coverage map.  I'm not sure if my broker isn't utilizing the feature but, I don't see anything planned on the map.  I would love to see upcoming reviews, or submissions that we are waiting on.  Maybe the wins could be one color and the losses another?  Or I could see the map with all placement marked in one color, planned in another color and all others in gray as potential future opportunities?

Wiser gives me real-time data when a field member is in the store.  I get a shelf report in my email, and I can reply if action needs to be taken.  Also, if the reps update Wiser regularly, it is an excellent tool for tracking reviews.

**What do you like best about Wiser Solutions?**

The initial setup process was very easy, and the wiseboard is intuitive and easy to understand.  We are able to download data and import it into our own ERP to better analyze the data and implement it into our own reporting systems.  The rule creation process allows us to filter out "bad" data or include only our closest competitors and allows us granular views of where we need to be.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?**

Additional integrations with more ecommerce platforms may be useful, such as woocommerce.  The ability to add your own team member accounts would be helpful.  Currently you have to request new user setups from Wiser.  It would also be nice to make the data available via an API rather than downloading csv's from an ftp site.

**Recommendations to others considering Wiser Solutions:**

Look at the time/wages you spend internally doing price comps and compare it with the cost of Wiser.  You may find yourself saving thousands of dollars.  The data you get back is only as good as the data you submit.  So prior to starting, make sure your data is good.

**What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to see where we stand against competition, and are able to quickly move to be competitive.  We are also saving thousands of man hours per year by having Wiser do price comparisons for us.  Unrelated to wiser, but this has also forced us to clean up our own data in order to be able to submit it to wiser.

Wiser solutions has the unique ability to develop custom solutions quickly that are dynamic yet easy to use and understand so that they can provide value to users of all levels.  Their customer development and support team are responsive and seek to understand the needs of their client to provide solutions that surpass expectations.

As a result of the dynacism, there can be some very very minor lag as dashboards update and stickiness with filters.  This is an incredibly minor detractor and ultimately has little to no negative impact on the product itself.

The prompt customer service team, the crowdsourcing, and the photos.

Data accuracy can be suspect. It's difficult to design questions that the "average joe" can understand which can affect data accuracy. For example, we often have photos of other supplier's product appear in our photos.

Make sure your questions are tight and well phrased.

We are trying to understand how accurate our self-reported data is. It has helped us understand, directionally, what parts of our self-reported data are accurate and what needs more coaching by our line managers.

Wiser has made it easier to keep track of the work that I've been doing in stores. While on the road time is super valuable so the auto uploads have been a major bonus.

They could add route plans for Saturday and Sunday since some of us aren't only on Monday-Friday schedules

Wiser's national team of secret shoppers ("Mobees") can be in the field taking photos and providing retail shelf condition feedback and intel within just a couple of days of defining the project with them. The data is presented in any easy to comprehend visual dashboard - which makes the data easy to present to other project stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?**

Mobees (secret shoppers) are able to accept and undertake multiple research missions. Whilst this is absolutely fine for straight forward shelf condition research and photography - it's not so great for generating sentiment data (as one Mobee can answer multiple times).

**What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiser is helping us understand where and how our CPG products are displayed on-shelf in a major national grocery chain.  A key benefit has been to understand that our products are not actually on-shelf in a substantial number of stores that we're meant to be in - which has enabled us to take corrective action.

My Rep at Wiser, Emily, has been fantastic to work with you! She's a great communicator and ensures we are getting the most out of each project they execute for us. Their dashboard is really easy to use and they are willing to make anything work for you so you can see all the data you want and need. Patrick has worked as a great partner with Emily to really provide me with excellent communications, execution and best ways to ask questions to get the most out of our data. Their quick responses, knowledge and action have really impressed me. Being able to see audits as they come in has really been beneficial for us to monitor certain aspects of our projects. Covid has really impacted our knowledge at store level so wiser is providing us with a lot of information that we normally gather while in store!

**What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?**

The limited number of auditors on college campuses hasn't helped us but I know they are working on that. Being able to filter by multiple unique fields on their dashboard would be great.

I would use them for any project that you need to gather lots of information or just a couple data points. They are a great company to partner with!

We have gathered a lot of great insights and execution of our brands relaunch. This data has helped us gather store level insights all across that US! We are able to hit thousands of locations in which we have had trouble getting to with other companies and able to track and compare each visit right on their dashboard.

It can be a  little slow in certain browsers and we do usually have to request that the full question be displayed within the platform. It can be a little slow going in terms of set up in the beginning and generally requires a few meetings (though the team is great!)

Very fast insights regarding a multitude of things. We have utilized it for shopper sentiment and to garner an honest assessments of both retailer and manufacturer. We have also used it to check POG reset  and promotional vehicle accuracy. It has been incredibly valuable to both our internal team and the customer as well. It helps us be the expert so to speak and offers a glimpse of what the shopper is thinking and feeling which gives Clorox a leg up.

The team and contacts have been great to work with - timely and great at providing clarification and feedback as needed. Open to feedback and new ideas to improve the platform showing a desire to grow.

The interface is still new and while I would not go as far to say I dislike it - it definitely still needs development. The tool continues to improve and I'm confident it in the team to develop it as demands change. Would like to find a way to integrate the tool with Excel and proprietary systems more for customized use.

Wiser's team is extremely receptive to feedback and is always willing to take on new ideas. All "brainstorming" meetings have ended with exciting future plans; many have made there way into the live tool making the integration into our work seamless.

Tracking marketplace pricing is significantly easier with the tool. Time saved from searching manually without question in a user friendly and organized format making  it easy to use and easy to train new users.

The interface is becoming smarter with it's ability to work with major marketplaces such as Google Shopping, EBay, and Amazon Marketplace. This is increasing our ability to "clean our marketplace" and to protect our brand by fighting to remove gray-market activity.

Back when we implemented Wiser, there were fewer solutions to compare with, in our experience now - we are certain there are competing products with comprehensive solutions that would better suit your need. Please research and make an informed decision.

Solving for dynamic pricing, the only benefit we got out of Wiser was to be able to look at the market prices in a consolidated manner.

The speed to launching new missions is impressive. We can go from an idea in a conference room to having hard data back to us in in less than a week.

The dashboards have been buggy at times. Our headers will not be for our products and will be associated with a battery company, heating company, mayo, etc.
