Easy to set up and install and great help from team when I needed a tweak on one of our Shopify themes. Allows us to manage multiple sites from one account and makes it so so easy to get popups you can trust up and running. I really like playing around with popup of Wisepop because it is simple and easy-to-understand to design, set up and run campaign. I started to use popup as a beginner who didn't know anything about how to set up, how to design and how to use it accurately but with wisepop i can set up popup quickly and a/b test to run campaign for my customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback i got when using their service is that they don't support at the weekend. When my account has problem with displaying and i need popup urgently but I reached out all channels to get help with but no one in wisepop answered back. I'm not the primary user of Wisepop at our organization, but when I need to help if our main user is out, I find the interface very intuitive and I don't have to spend a lot of time changing or creating what is needed. This is extremely helpful because of the volume of apps I need to help out with, I deeply appreciate apps without a large learning curve.
