The entire process has become much more streamlined and hassle-free, and the user-friendly interface of Wisemonk makes navigation easier too. I’m able to hire Indian talent and handle payments, contracts and compliance seamlessly on a single platform. There are zero discrepancies. But what I like best is that it helps with equipment procurement too. That’s not something offered by many other EOR platforms. They provide below-market rates and accept foreign currencies for local deliveries.
