What do you like best about Wise Systems?

Is very fast and simple to use, the interface is very intuitive and I have been able to plan my routes more efficiently, I have been using the app for a couple of months Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wise Systems?

the map part of the app is a little overwhelming at some times and it includes so many options, which is a good thing, but for me it gets me distracted and you need to try a few options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wise Systems?

I like the fact that you can track your drivers delivery times as well as stop sequence in which you can use to set up the route when you have a floater running the route. This also helps with showing delivery times to help you with routing for another day to avoid 10 hour delivery days or stops not making delivery due to time. What do you dislike about Wise Systems?

Not too many dislikes as of now. I would say I wish the geofencing could auto arrive and auto departs to help take a few steps away from the drivers. If we could tie this into our invoicing and truck inventory, that would help alot to avoid using 2 different apps during delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are unsure of this product or just not 100% sold on if it will genuinely help you, reach out to them. Their employees are super informational and can truly answer any questions that you may have. Explain to them what you do and what you think you want to use it for. They will tell you how it can help as well as show you examples of how it has helped other companies. They will set you up with a demo to try out for you to really see how easy it is to use this software. What problems is Wise Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved with wise is showing us the route sequence our drives are using on their different days. It is also showing us how long it is taking our drivers to make deliveries to those stops. With stops taking longer to deliver, it is giving us the opportunity to deep dive into that specific stop and see what is taking us so long and if there is anything we can do to better help the driver to get them in and out quicker. What do you like best about Wise Systems?

I like the notes options for the drivers regarding their special instructions. I also like that we are able to see their progress live on the route and can see the order of stops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wise Systems?

I dislike the lag associated with routing on the web browser as opposed to using an app on the desktop. I also think the view could be improved. I would prefer to be able to see 10 routes in a frame at a time. Having 75+ routes makes it hard only being able to see 4 at a time. Stop list as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
