Constant errors in the connection. Changed the approval workflow without our knowledge **Recommendations to others considering Wipfli:** Pick another connector **What problems is Wipfli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing purchase order approval in accordance with our delegation of authority and matching the invoice Connecting to Netsuite after approved ### 2. Any questions we may have we go to WIPFLI. **What do you like best about Wipfli?** I like how WIPFLI will get an answer for us and have the research showing how they obtained their answer. They provide guidance and help with examiners on audits. **What do you dislike about Wipfli?** Sometimes WIPFLI takes a little bit to respond. Having more staff may help in this area. **What problems is Wipfli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems we are solving with WIPFLI are proper accounting and reporting requirements. FDIC examiners and regulators work well with WIPFLI. ### 3. Due to internal issues, we had a few starts and stops and Wipfli was always patient and flexible and didn't charge us anything extra. During the implementation, they were always super responsive, had creative solutions and never left us hanging. **What do you like best about Wipfli?** Everyone at Wipfli was very easy to work with. Our main consultant was super responsive and had solutions for any problem we threw at her. They were very flexible with our difficult schedules. **What do you dislike about Wipfli?** Nothing. They're awesome. Their flexibility and expertise definitely sets them apart. **Recommendations to others considering Wipfli:** I strongly recommend working with Wipfli for their professionalism, timeliness and expertise. **What problems is Wipfli solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allowed us to move from two different systems to one, reducing costs and adding functionality. We haven't moved yet but are considering outsourcing our Intacct support to Wipfli to avoid the help desk ticket saga and get direct answers to our questions from experts. So far, I've had three instances of contacting Intacct support with questions where they didn't know the answer and, in one instance, said that the software couldn't do something that was actually easily doable. ### 4.
