WinZip is a classic tool for archiving and unarchiving your files in the ZIP format. The activation key does not work and customer service is ridiculously bad. Tried calling "24/7" support and only got unrelated automated sales offers followed by "robot Emma" who asked for my problem and the company name [?!?!] and then said id did not recognize that company [Winzip, Corel, Cleverbridge] no matter what I said.
