They will take your money and not return it even if your not happy with the product. **What problems is WinX DVD Ripper Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was no problems solved even with tech help. No benefits to having this product ### 2. It supports all the most common video formats. It keeps the quality of the ripped DVD perfect, supports hardware acceleration (Intel and Nvidia). Easy to copy to your smartphone with the build in functions. **What do you dislike about WinX DVD Ripper Platinum?** I do not like the Interface, it looks dated (like a program from the Windows XP era). I would like to see an interface with shadows etc, this would make it look a lot more Professional. **What problems is WinX DVD Ripper Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we began using this software we needed different software programs to perform all the functions we needed.
