This product took too long to rip DVD's, they advertise 30 day money back guarantee but when i worked with the technical team and could not fix the issue i asked for a refund and they would not do it. i had done all that was asked of me (which was a lot) and they still did not grant my money back like they advertised. The software is very easy to use, lots of functions. It supports all the most common video formats. It keeps the quality of the ripped DVD perfect, supports hardware acceleration (Intel and Nvidia). What do you dislike about WinX DVD Ripper Platinum?
I do not like the Interface, it looks dated (like a program from the Windows XP era). I would like to see an interface with shadows etc, this would make it look a lot more Professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
