They are assisting us in a custom CRM/sales data program and have been terrific partners to work with throughout the process.

**What do you like best about Black Ink?**

We like the ability of our sales staff to analyze data from our customers better and to log visits as needed for future reference.

**What do you dislike about Black Ink?**

We have had no negative experiences thus far.

**What problems is Black Ink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They also created a retail platform so our customers can see their sales data more efficiently, thus reducing the need for them to contact us.
