Winscp is fast and reliable too.
Its robustness helps us on transferring large files in minor timings.
Apart from this, it helps us not creating duplicate files.
The feature helps us create a new directory and rename the directory then, and it is also very nice.
We have been using this tool since 5 years and shall further use it unless we get a nice competetor to this files transfering tool.

Sometime file is not getting refreshed automatically even if those file updated on either machine(Windows or Linux) so, you have to make refresh before coping those files

The software layout is easy to use for everyone. It is easy to install and connect to remote system. I use it mostly for data transfer from my Windows computer to a remote server. I had to dig deep to find something I didn't like, but the calculate directory size context menu doesn't take advantage of the underlying SSH capabilities, and it can take a while to scan every path sequentially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
