**What do you like best about WINHMS Front Office?**

We tried WINHMS Front Office before we moved to another permanent solution. This utility is used to perform fast and precise check-ins and check-outs at the hotel's front office. This module intelligently handles reservations, tariffs, corporate discounted tariffs and tarriff in a currency other than the country of origin.

**What do you dislike about WINHMS Front Office?**

WINHMS Front Office module is costly to purchase, and the customer service could have been a little better. However, I have no complaints about the product and its functionality.

**What problems is WINHMS Front Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WINHMS FRONT OFFICE enables checkout only with a few keystrokes and optimizes occupancy by spotting errors in room allocation. The tape chart feature meanwhile allowed the view of room status and availability. These features made life simple for our front-office executives
