**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

I liked that the course was interactive and focused on specific frameworks that can be applied no matter the industry or company. **What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I would appreciate additional supplemental videos throughout the course for long-term value add.

  ### 11. Great Sales Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny R. | Business Development, Enterprise Accounts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I did the Prospecting certification which was extremely helpful and relevant to my job as an SDR in the tech industry.

Real-time advice that you can use immediately, easy to navigate coursework and a dedicated teacher are some of the benefits you get when signing up for this class.

They expanded on some topics that I already had down some training on as well as introduce foreign, but important, concepts that I use to this day.

I would 100% recommend this to any sales professional or sales manager.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

I liked the downloadable PDF info sheets detailing best practices, I still keep them on my desk.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

The training sessions were 2hrs long, but necessary to learn all of the concepts provided.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

none

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm more effectively communicating to my prospects and seeing higher results (and commission) because of it.

  ### 12. CSM Course Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

Building applicable skills for a SaaS Customer Success team through practice, course work, and collaboration.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

Role Play and recall were excellent for remembering concepts. Loved being able to collaborate and take this course with my work team.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I disliked taking this course while we were all very busy at work. I would recommend either taking some time off to complete this course or completing it as CSM training before starting.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effectively guiding the client to sign a proposal is one of them.
Leading a discovery call is another.

  ### 13. Review Saas Sales Method Certification Course

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

WBD helped me with my new role as an AE at my company. Learning more specifically on how to approach demos, negotiating, ...

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

WBD offers you frameworks that allow you to follow a certain flow when giving e.g. demos or negotiating contracts etc. They offer a lot of helpful tips and tricks, without offering a fully-fledged script on how to approach those parts as an AE. Which is very beneficial because you can still add your personal touch to their frameworks.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I already had the prospecting course in the past with WBD. Over the course of 4 sessions, the first 2 sessions were quite similar to this one. This isn't a bad thing because you repeat the information once again and it keeps you sharp. But the most value (personally for me as I already have had the prospecting course by WBD) in this Saas Sales Method course for account executives was in sessions 3 and 4.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a new AE, I now have a solid basis to tackle my first couple of deals in a SaaS environment. The frameworks definitely help me with setting expectations with customers and having full control over demos and deals.

  ### 14. Awesome and Relevant Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

It's helped me to refine my sales process. I've started implementing what I learned, becoming a better, more efficient seller. I ask better questions, I listen more, I set better agendas, and I feel more like a confident salesperson who's here to educate and help my clients.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The virtual sessions. They helped walk through what we learned and put our learnings into practice.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I wish there were more sessions, honestly. I think we could have benefitted from one more session as a group and took more time for practice during the 2-hour slots we had each week.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

Sign up ASAP.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've asked better questions, I've set better agendas, and I've helped clients I've worked with feel heard. I've helped educate them more than just selling them or being pushy like I felt like I could be at times before.

  ### 15. Winning by Design - Account Executive Training - Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eyal S. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I participated in the Account Executive Training course which was led by Antoine Mandy. The course was very interesting and valuable and Antoine was absolutely superb!

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

I loved the simple frameworks, the DIY approach to build muscle memory and Antoine's approach and energy.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Nothing comes to mind. The course and prework are great. Really.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to immediately implement some of the learnings.

  ### 16. 100% Valuable, Referenceable, and Retainable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2022

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

CS-related curriculum

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

Materials were presented in 3 methods, allowing any learning style to adapt and retain the information. Live session, recorded videos, and written materials - "Bluprints". The online learning center was also easy to navigate and find materials. And it was helpful to have such an engaging live experience with all-star Alia Pirani !!

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

The only downside was I had to give up 4 lunch hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

It genuinely was the best professional development experience I have had. My recommendation would absolutely be to go for it.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was an expansion of abilities, seeing ways to perform both day-to-day and long-term tasks in a different light. I have already implemented various aspects in all client meetings!

  ### 17. Very Actionable Notions for Sales Coach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I was enrolled in a 1month training course to become more of a sales coach, less of a sales manager. There were a lot of actionable concepts, ready-to-use frameworks to better work with sales reps and to empower them ! I really liked all the courses - Pity we didn't have so much time to practice, 70% of the learnings stick because of "doing" ;-)

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

Lots of actionable concepts, that I could immediately use with my team. I like the "RingRing exercices". This is something we should do more in my current company. I like the "how to frame good questions". I now totally changed the way I'm doing my 1-1, asking more questions and giving less "advice". Thanks !

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

2h x 4 weeks, too short to practice - That would have been great to have more "live / practice session" with a coach guiding us until we mastered the notions. A lot of frameworks to master at the end of the course, which makes it quite challenging - not only to remember them all, but more to turn them all into reality!

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm trying to build a solid team of sales people and I don't want my team to be relying only on me - I need them to be more autonome and to be self-refletive. This course gave me great insights on how to succeed.

  ### 18. WBD reminded me of several best practices and taught me some tricks on how to sell more efficiently

Teaching my team to be more customer centric and impact focused on each call

Doing a better job of uncovering clients' pain points.

  ### 21. I found the training to be extremely helpful. Alia did a great job.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The amount of pre-work compared to what was used in the sessions.

I have solved the issue of how to handle account transitions.

  ### 22. WBD - Great Toolkit for Inbound & Outbound Prospecting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

WBD's prospecting course combined effective learning strategies with data-driven best practices to enable its students' success in prospecting. The flipped classroom, where you read and consume lectures at home and put learnings into practice together over Zoom, was highly effective. Students not only were able to learn by trial and error with excellent feedback from peers and from our instructor, Antoine, but these learnings were cemented by review, repetition, and real-life implementation. Thank you Antoine for a great course! I hope to return to WBD for more training later in my sales career!

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

Role plays with our class were great! Loved the in person, active learning.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Some review in person felt redundant after watching lectures and reading the material at home.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

Try it out!

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I was solving was launching my sales career, fueled by best practices. I have realized benefits to my confidence and skills/technique in scheduled and unscheduled calls as well in the administrative work that surrounds them.

  ### 23. The best online classes I've ever taken

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaroslav M. | Chief Customer Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

Helped me to go for Q4 implementation of the Winning by Design principles and philosophy not just to the Customer Success team in Revolgy but also to our Sales and Marketing team.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The level of engagement of the teacher and other classmates.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

The only thing was the fact the EMEA timeslots haven't been filled so I was switched to the USA timeslots so I had to focus on classes later in the evening after the full working day. But it's more about the lack of the CSMs from EMEA and their willingness to learn.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the overall bowtie dynamics in Revolgy. I have realized the WdB is providing the comprehensive framework for any CS department in any company to adopt.

  ### 24. Challenging and fun training!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I have a clear view of what to expect when you are working as a CSM. Also very good to learn more about our clients, what they think and need and how we can work together instead of doing everything for our clients.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The interactive part. Instead of only listening to a trainer, you also need to think for yourself instead of just listening for hours. Also the preparation was nice.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Nothing I disliked. Everything was well arranged, our trainer was able to answer all of our questions and helped us out.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an equal relationship with clients, having a good eye on what a QBR should look like, have a good idea of how to start meetings and stay in contact with clients.

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

Sales training and methodology change

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The high impact training sessions were outstanding. Our trainer Chris DeNoia customized most aspects of his delivery for our teams, and it was an awesome experience

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Persona feedback given during the playbook build was not taken into account. Really difficult to prioritize during a sales cycle. There's a large time commitment, but it's worth it

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales cycle alignment top to bottom org wide. Discovery and communications process is completely reenvisioned. We're doing a lot of things better and more consistently org-wide

  ### 31. Fantastic Experience

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I was attending the SAAS training of Winning by Design. First of all, I was impressed by the skills of the instructors. Secondly I was thrilled by the content of the training and how well we were educated. when attending this course - always take enough time to practice and to repeat - this is key to the success!

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

To practice within the group - I did not really like it, but it was most important!

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Frankly, there is nothing I would put on the list here.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have better-qualified leads in my sales pipeline. Asking the right questions. Getting to the point. Identify PAIN and IMPACT. Be prepared before doing a call/attending a meeting and investigate upfront as much as possible

  ### 32. WBD - 'Manager to Coach' Course Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roxanne B. | Manager, Client Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

I completed the Manager to Coach Certification Course (M1) with instructor Antoine Mandy. This course helped me to learn how to become a more effective coach and how I can aid the Client Success team in improving their sales skills/processes. Some of my key takeaways included how to create a coaching culture with my team and how to run effective 1:1's and team meetings, which I've already worked to implement with my team!

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The Winning by Design Manager to Coach Certification Course (M1) presented simple yet effective ways to improve and provide value in 1:1's, team meetings, and how to lead effective coaching sessions with the team. This was done through course material, in class, and through breakout rooms, and by putting what we learned into practice with our teams.

Aside from the course content, I enjoyed the energy that our instructor Antoine Mandy brought to each session.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I can't think of anything I disliked about this course. As a new Manager, this course could not have come at a better time! I have learned so much and have been able to take these learnings and apply them to my day-to-day. I now feel better equipped to serve my team as a coach, provide valuable feedback, and lead effective coaching sessions and 1:1's.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

I have now completed two courses with Winning by Design and instructor Antoine Mandy: 1) SaaS Sales Method Training and 2) Manager to Coach Certification Course (M1), both of which I would recommend. The Winning by Design courses themselves provide a solid framework to improve on a skillset - whether it's helping your sales team to build on their sales acumen and establish a repeatable and effective process to helping your Management team provide effective coaching to their direct reports, the course material is digestible and easy to implement. Not to mention, the sessions with Antoine Mandy made the learning fun! Antoine's energy is contagious. I especially liked when he would open up our sessions with music, icebreakers, and fun games, and would start off by using the methodology he was teaching. Antoine got the team pumped up to learn the course content and would direct questions to those in the session to test their knowledge on the spot. - ARE YOU READY!? ARE YOU REAAADY?!

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems I have solved through this course was leading more effective 1:1's that provide value to the direct report. Before taking this course, our 1:1's were conducted on a weekly basis, where we covered more day-to-day and in the weeds topics. After taking this course, I have restructured the templates for our weekly syncs and have added in a monthly 1:1, in order to provide more value, coaching, and support to my direct reports.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia A. | Channel Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

Winning by Design is an incredibly forward-thinking company that shares all its sales knowledge with you. The Sales Mastership program helped me to streamline my sales cycle, all while building better rapport and trust with my prospects/clients.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The trainer, Antoine! He is incredibly authentic, engaging, and is invested in your success in the program. My favourite lesson of the Sales Mastership program is Negotiating. Learning how buyers have been trained in negotiation gives you an upper hand on trading instead of discounting!

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

There isn't a single thing I could point out that I'd say I wasn't happy with when it came to this program. The class sizes can sometimes be quite large, but I think that it Company-specific (mine) instead of Winning by Design's choice.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

You will not regret this Sales Mastership Program! It is one of the best investments a Team can make for their Sales Professionals. It's a four-week course, and it's a short time commitment to spend on a team that will significantly benefit from these teachings.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to immediately change my talk track by listening more to what my customers are saying/asking for, but also I've been able to dig deeper during discovery calls. And going back to negotiating, that class has already helped me be very clear about terms with prospects and, in turn, shorten my sales cycle.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tough discussions and resolutions with clients. I feel more prepared and have new ideas on how to start the problem solving process.

  ### 43. Winning by Design (WbD) - SAAS for M-Files with Antoine Mandy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles G. | Vice-President, Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

M-Files

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

Up-to-date communications strategies and techniques for customer-centered conversations. I certainly plan to use a good number of the Winning by Design strategies and tactics with our customers and prospective clients. Our facilitator/sales trainer Antoine Mandy was excellent and efficiently managed the M-Files group learning.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

Applying anything new is a skill, a judgement call and circumstantial. Some of the techniques were great and ah-ha moments for me, whilst others could feel un-natural and not appreciated in certain client contexts.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building the case for our solution requires a combination of solid business advantages, presented compellingly, and for customers who are often-times overwhelmed with too many options. Winning by Design - SAAS process will help keep many of the variables in check and hopefully help my colleagues and me close more deals quicker. A smooth, clear and succinct sales message increases the likelyhood our solution will be considered.

  ### 44. Really good training for any sales related job

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2020

**Describe the project or task Winning by Design helped with:**

We completed the Winning by design training in order to improve ourselves as sales people, and learn to provide value to customer and not features. At Recruitee, our trainer was Boris and through his energy and willingness to share it was really a pleasure to participate in those session, the framework provided by Winning by design is really efficient and makes you think a step further when you are working on projects. Would totally recommend !

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

The Framework that is provided, it is applicable to every situation and makes you understand what you still need to figure out in order to move in the right direction

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

This is not necessary liked to the framework itself but having to do exercises with people from other companies can make it a bit less relevant when you are doing roleplays, but no big deal as the situation is applicable for every type of product that you are selling.

**Recommendations to others considering Winning by Design:**

Don't hesitate !

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main purpose is to work in a structured way, and an organized way of thinking.

WBD provided me with a practical framework for how to lead coaching cadences, host team meetings, and offer positive feedback to my direct reports.

**What do you like best about Winning by Design?**

I enjoyed the coaching content and methodolgy taught by Antoine. Every interaction, both during our Live sessions and recaps, was a learning opportunity. I felt confident in building on my knowledge base from someone who leads by example.

**What do you dislike about Winning by Design?**

I felt that the 4-week program was too short. In addition, I could have benefited from more personalized feedback and management tips beyond just the course material.

**What problems is Winning by Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The outcome that I got from WBD was learning how to transition from traditional corporate management to a modernized, high-performance coaching culture.
