**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Wimno provides me with relevant and real-time information on a veriety of companies and organizations I am prospecting as potential clients. It has information that is critical in my outreach and subsequent conversations while meeting with prospects. Gives me vital pieces of infroamtion about organizational changes and key contacts movements.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

For my role in particular, some information can be buried or somewhat difficult to find.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problemt that Winmo helps solve for me is determining the marketing/media agency a compnay works with for their media purchasing. This benefits me because in my course of business, we have history and working relationships with particualr agencies.

Data is current and accurate.When I want to find  acontact I am certain it will be timely. New Positions and trends are constantly sent to my inbox to keep me engaged!

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

Too many options, honestly I love the options, I just have not found 1 way I want to search and save. Information is in multiple places. If there was an integration to our SalesForce that would be of interest.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winmo assists in getting the correct contact person. Instead of contacting random email addresses, Winmo has the information at my fingertips.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

I like that it has an estimated spend breakdown across broadcast, radio, print, digital.  It shows Agency of Record relationships, a few contacts here and there.  The WinmoEdge system is great to see executives making moves, new creative launching, rating system across potential new opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

My biggest beef is when a company or brand is not even listed.  Winmo seems to be catered towards huge brands with massive spend.  For an agency like mine where we deal in small to medium-sized businesses, there seems to rarely be data available.  I find maybe 10% of the companies I search for.  When I find a company, the data is phenomenal.  I feel like they only populate a company in their system when they have a full profile built across the board with tons of insights --- there does not seem to be partial data or limited data on companies.  Which means it's either phenomenal insights or nothing at all, if that makes sense.  Perfect is the enemy of good-enough and I'd almost rather have more companies and brands listed even if that meant partial data sets.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo has been a huge help for me in terms of prospecting for new brands and finding the best contacts!  The Winmo edge tool is especially useful with detailed brand updates (new CMO, new campaigns, etc.) that help me frame my outreach emails to best fit the brands initiatives.  I also like that the service allows us to narrow down our search based on brand and location.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

I think the main issue I've experienced with Winmo is that the contacts and data aren't always up to date.  There have been times when a majority of the contact list are people who are no longer with the company and have been gone for a few years.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role in my company is to prospect new and existing brands in our portfolio for potential partnerships.  I use Winmo every day to keep up to date with media and marketing trends, as well as find contacts and brands in our region to reach out to.  Winmo is my number one resource for prospecting, as even if I don't find all the contacts for a company, I can use the email format provided to find the right people!  It has made a huge impact on my role and has actually led to some successful sales!

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Our team starts each day consuming the latest brand advertising intent from WinmoEdge. The insights allow us to target our outreach efficiently. We utilize the personality insights for more personalized and unique outreach. The response rates have dramatically increased since shifting to this approach. We have also utilized the research services and have always received prompt responses to those requests.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The terminology utilized by Winmo continues to improve in detail, we only wish there was a glossary to better help understand the definitions and/or action that can be taken. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a beter understanding of how agencies are classified. For example, if an agency is listed as "digital" for a brand, what does that encompass.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient targeting of brands. We are a very small team. Our time spent doing outreach is very valuable and Winmo helps drive efficiency of that time.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

The ease of navigation is a huge upside to seeing many employees from one org. WinmoEdge gives me insight into prospects and I love that they aren't warm leads to me specifically, but I know they are interested in marketing. I love that the LinkedIn is linked in most profiles and the personality insights that are unique to the employee. Really interesting and innovative platform!

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

I wish there were more political leads. I work for an agency that assists political, agencies, companies & brands, and we are trying to expand our political arm a little more.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leads that I don't find on other prospecting resources I can usually find a relevant contact through Winmo. I also have trouble with finding random companies with no interest, so having these prospects that are established in Winmo gives me ease of mind.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

I really like the fact that Winmo does not try to be everything for everyone. They have built their platform with the media/brand/agency customers in mind, and gone really deep into that space.
If you are in this space and looking at sales intelligence solutions, Winmo should be an easy pick.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The UI is pretty functional and easy, but lacks the jazz of some other players.
I don't mind it, but I think it will help both the users and Winmo if they revamped the UI elements while keeping UX as it is.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding contact details is not hard anymore, but getting them just at the right time with the right context and relevance is critical. Winmo has done a pretty neat job of that via scoops, news, edge products etc.
I am also a big fan of their recent personality AI and email personalization features. Like I said, finding the people is not that hard anymore, but talking to them for the right reason and in the right manner is.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo is an amazing tool for marketing and advertising.  I love the variety of features that they offer from prospecting tools, to contact information, to media spend.  Finding new prospects with the advanced search feature is so easy and useful and I have found  several new clients this way.  I love that you can filter advertisers in a variety of ways from media spend to industry to location.  I would recommend Winmo for anyone looking for new business.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

I wish that Winmo was able to provide more examples of the creatives that advertisers are running.  As someone working in television/streaming, sometimes it is hard to gague whether a client is spending on video and display or solely display.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winmo has helped us solve the question "how much money does this advertiser spend on media?".  Sometimes when we speak to clients, they can keep this number close to their chest, so having this intel has been extremely helpful when acquiring new clients.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

The most helpful part about Winmo is being able to see what agencies are working with certain companies. Also being able to see recent add campaigns with insights such as the target audiencences.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The lest helpful thing about Winmo for me is when they have the agencies/brands  listed but they're not showing the agenciesy/brands they're working with. Also, there are many times in which there are recent add campaigns but they're not in Winmo

I work for a market research company that can track a brand's health, so I prospect to a lot of brands and agencies to sell the tool. Winmo helps me find relevant marketing campaigns to send to prospects

I appreciate the extra info Winmo provides about brand spend, activity, and context for contacts. I also like how quick Winmo works when a contact is outdated or incorrect to update you.

Because Winmo mostly services larger agencies or media agencies, for my company as an influencer/talent company, there are sometimes not the right contacts at specific brands for our need. But generally, it's a good starting point to get directed internally.

Winmo is solving the issue in knowing who to target when pitching talent for sponsorship and making sure we get responses or at least have intel on who the right point people are to discuss with.

Winmo is different than other platforms because it offers spend, channel, and agency of record information right next to key contact information. While the information isn't always comprehensive or completely accurate - it's better 9 of 10 times than anything else I've used. 
CRM integrations are extremely helpful.

The data is extremely useful but not always comprehensive or completely so other tools are required.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winmo allows me to get a high-level pulse of key channels, budgets, approaches or initiaitives before ever hitting call or send. In addition to that it allows me to identify most key decision makers all within a simple platform. This and the CRM integrarion allow for huge time savings.

When building lists on Winmo, the filtering option is very helpful. It would be more helpful, however, if there were a more accurate way of identifying revenue for each company. I find that the revenue column is either inaccurate or non existent when building a list of companies or brands.
I also find that some of the agency insights are not up-to-date.

The breadth and depth of information is exceptional but the best part is should there be any gaps, the Winmo team is quick to respond and fill them completely!

Sometimes incorrect media spend numbers are reported, as in a substantial budget for a very small brand. However, these are often rectified fairly quickly.

I love being able to look up a brand and see names/titles/emails as well as find out who their agency is (and those contacts too). The search function makes it easy to look up brands/agencies by vertical/location.

Data is not always 100% accurate (sometimes someone has left a company and it's not updated yet) but it's a minor issue.

It is very useful in finding prospects and be able to send interesting emails based on news.

The ability to easily find brand contacts has been most helpful in using Winmo. It is especially helpful to access agency contacts along with the specific brands, so I am able to cast a wide net if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

I think the only downside to Winmo is the cost, that may prevent smaller businesses from being able to access the service, though I appreciate Winmo being flexible on working with us to get a price that fits for our midsize compay.

As a relatively new talent agency to the digital space, we are in a place where finding and making contacts is one of our priorities. Having the access to contacts for so many popular brands helps us immensely in having the confidence that our emails will get into the right person's hands.

Accounts on the move is a fantastic way to prospect for new opportunities.  They also do a great job of highlighting past and future spending trends for businesses and individuals.

Sometimes the contact information isn't up to date.  There are also instances where winmo doesn't have information on companies that are spending a lot in advertising.

Finding the right contact, what they've done, what they're looking to do and what may interest them in the future.  Winmo saves a lot of time prospecting compared to other means.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Keeping me up to date about current events and company updates for prospects I am targeting, Winmo makes searching and selling fast and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

There is not much I've seen yet that is negative.  There are a few companies that I searched that do not appear to be recognized.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winmo is helping filling in the gaps other search engines are leaving incomplete.

It is a little pricey. Sometimes the info isn't always up to date.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

It has an automatic segmentation of ideal clients, providing our agents with those prospects that meet the established requirements. The information generated by the system of ideal customers is very complete and varied, ranging from companies, individual customers and industries, to make sales not only with individuals, but also with companies. It provides intelligent lists of potential customers, where the system gives us suggestions of the strategies we should use for each customer.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The contact information is not always updated, as sometimes the numbers do not match, or the prospect no longer works in that company, which causes delays. I would like to be able to somehow cross out the contacts we have already contacted, so as not to repeat, beyond writing it in a note. I would also like them to periodically update their database and include in the lists those small companies that are starting up, since I search for them on LinkedIn and find them, but not in the Winmo database.

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

We highly recommend this software, as it is allowing us to win many more accounts, close more contracts and increase our sales, with all the leads it generates. All companies that wish to have a list of clients that are ideal for their business, invest in this software without hesitation. Thanks to this software our agents have important information to find potential customers and generate new sales and business relationships, providing companies with more profits. This platform also saves them a lot of time, allowing them to focus more time on making sales and less time searching for customers.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a software that would help us find those ideal clients that would be interested in our products and services and Winmo did it. It has a search engine for prospects and ideal clients, with filters according to industry, location and other specifications that make the search for the potential client perfect. It has integrations that allow the entire system to be coupled and work 100% as salesforce.com, Excel, HubSpot marketing hub, LinkedIn and more. It allows automatic segmentation of potential customers, generating a list of prospects according to the included filters such as location, company, etc. It also has an intelligent list of leads, including individual strategies for each customer and recommendations on how to sell.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo has served as a really important resource for me in terms of staying up to date on what brands are doing with their marketing and the appropriate contacts to reach out to. I use it daily to keep track of brands our company has an interest in doing business with, with emails tailored to those specific brands and industry segments. In my business development role, it's been an invaluable tool.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

I have not run into any major issues yet with using Winmo. My only criticism would be that our company works within the social impact space, and while Winmo offers one way to track news stories in that space ("Cause Marketing"), it'd be helpful if there were more.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems Winmo helps solve are staying knowledgeable about the most recent marketing decisions brands are making, as well as changes to relevant contacts on the brand and agency side. Winmo does both those things very well.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

The level of detail that Winmo provides on the company pages is unmatched. I find myself looking at who companies are currently working for (agencies) more than anything else on the profile. I also LOVE WinmoEdge and the emails I get every day about new CMOs, moves in the industry, reviews that are likely to happen.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

Winmo pretty much just tracks large businesses. Some businesses aren't included which can be frustrating. Also, the breakout of brands (for example, it's tough to see the breakout of spending for each Coca-Cola brand under the umbrella).

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

It's hands down the best advertising agency competitive tracking tool out there. All the information you need is in one place, with one log in.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are researching the brands we are talking to or want to go after. Through Winmo, we learn everything from current (and past) agencies they are working with to media spend to leadership. I have also been taking full advantage of Winmo Edge for prospecting efforts.

I find the most value in Winmo's deep database of agency & brand contacts. The ability to get granular with my search criteria helps me identify new clients easily.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

One dislike is that some of the contacts across the Winmo platform may be outdated or data is not available including email or phone numbers. I'd like to see improvements in the systems that check to make sure the data/contacts are completely up to date.

Use Winmo as a supplementary support tool during your sales research cycle.

Winmo has helped me with the struggles of the research phase in my sales cycle. Some of the benefits include accurate data points and news about the brands I am interested in. Winmo has helped uncover new opportunities.

WinmoEdge articles are really helpful to stay updated on brands that are spending money, advertising campaigns, and industry changes. My favorite article is the weekly "CMO's on the Move" recap.

Sometimes the information is outdated. However, you can request that Winmo source additional contacts when that is the case. You do this by submitting a help desk ticket.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to source contacts for our sales team with Winmo. When we are not sure who to reach out to at a company, Winmo gives us that information. One thing that is especially helpful is that it tells you what time zone the contact is on, so if you need to call them, you can make sure it's an appropriate time.

Deep database of brands, agencies and companies. Insight into media spend broken out by medium, year, quarter. News alerts are relevant and thorough. I used MediaRadar in the past and the UI for Winmo is much more user friendly and intuitive.

The contacts and accounts aren't always the most up to date. Improvements in this area would be nice. It would be helpful if I could integrate contacts into my Gmail.

Ask your support team questions if you can't find something. They're super responsive and helpful.

Finding what accounts are handled by certain agencies. Keeping up to speed on accounts moving or going into review. It helps me be more productive by having all the info in one place.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo's curated articles were always super helpful for prospecting for new business. Their writers were able to perfectly infuse spend insights into articles about new campaigns or brands hiring new marketing executives that could lead to an increase in spending. For us, that's where the value was, having a team proactively thinking about what brands spend money and when they typically spend it. The platform is fine and intuitive enough, especially with their partnerships with GumGum and Kantar, but if they offered a plan with just the WinmoEdge articles, I'd take it over the entire package. We've gone away from them recently for the reasons below but their staff has always been fantastic and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

On the news articles, as great at they are, so many other people see them as well so it's not a significant differentiator. Also, if you read a lot of marketing news, you could make the same inferences. Beyond that, they do have contact info for the majority of major companies (definitely all Fortune 500 I would say) but they are not agile enough to add new companies in a timely manner. Most startups, even those that have reached unicorn status, were not in the tool and those were the companies we were most interested in. If you want contacts found, I believe they ask for up to 3 days lead time which is a bit extreme. We opted to not renew because we wanted to look at tools that do a better job uncovering new leads and prospects.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using it to identify new prospects and find contacts for people at those companies. The biggest benefit was understanding what companies were spending money on marketing and which quarters they were typically spending it. It made our sales team smarter and gave us the ability to build lead lists based on quantitative data instead of just guessing.

Winmo provides a great platform for Business Development folks to understand what a company does, who works for that company, news surrounding that company, and a means to be able to contact people within that company.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

Some companies are so new and their revenue is so small that there isn't enough information captured. For SMB accounts there could be a gap there. I would suggest running a scrape of the internet to find all companies SMB and Enterprise

It's easy to search for US leads through their filters since it's super targeted, you'll be able to filter what you're looking for. The other features such as articles, press releases, and media spending data are super helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The fact that only America-based leads are only accessible makes the targeting limited. We'll need to consider a different database for international leads that we're trying to target.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's much easier to target leads and know more about them with the added data that Winmo provides. We can make the approach simpler through those data and of course, the time saved instead of manually researching for their additional information.

Their UI is very easy to navigate, the contacts listed are relevant, media spend information and agency relationships are readily available, and Winmo Edge publishes interesting, timely news stories.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

Contacts aren't kept up and verified as often as they should be. A contact will be listed as working at Company A and they've really moved on 8 months ago and now work at Company B, or their title/department has changed, etc.

Easy to use, full of good info, well worth the investment.

Contact info, articles can be used as a reason to reach out, and I get a better sense of my prospects' existing relationships.

I have used WinMo in the past with great success, then another competing tool over the last two years, and am now once again back using WinMo - and it is a relief because it is far superior to other products out there.

Like any sales database, it is difficult to have 100% accurate data at all times, especially as things are changing so rapidly in the marketplace.

Finding out who is spending money where, and how much. Finding out people connections as well as related connections, such as agencies. Getting fresh, relevant news about clients and industry verticals.

I like that you can search for any agency, company or brand and get recent information regarding account activity, personnel changes and media spend trends.

Sometimes the contacts listed for the agency can be outdated. And this is likely due to high turnover at some agencies, and across the industry in general.

Winmo helps understand how brands are spending in terms of their media mix. It's directional but super helpful during my prospecting. I've also been able to stay up to date with a marketing tactic that a brand may be implementing.

A common challenge for everyone is keeping current with prospects moving from job to job, but seeing more frequent data updates would be great.

One slight deficiency would be a quirk of my industry that most contacts listed are not relevant, but that doesn't mean they cannot be parsed to suit our needs.

Sometimes I cannot find a particular client if they are not as widely known or sometimes the media dollars are not represented.
