  ### 1. Robust prospecting database that is updated frequently

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Search function has a wide selection of options for drilling down. Exports easily to HubSpot with relevant and necessary fields (brands, company name). 

Updates via WinmoEdge are helpful and following both contacts and companies for updates and changes has been working excellent.

Every contact in the database is updated at least every 90 days (with promises for 2020 to lessen that time), so bounce rate on emails was very low (3-4%).

Winmo team is excellent doing custom research via the Custom Research function. Can find basically any company or contact.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

Drilling down by job title and function can be very cumbersome and is done after a Contact List is made, not during the search process. For example, eliminating all digital-focused marketing contacts vs OOH or print is tedious.

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

Drill down to your preferred prospects and lean on the customer service team for anything you don't know or information you wish you could get. They have went far above and beyond for some research.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for all prospecting needs. Makes individual scrappers redundant and the additional features and information make this  vital to our targeting efforts. Additionally, the breakdown in marketing/advertising spending throughout the marketing mix makes identifying appropriate targets even easier.

Initial campaigns have been very fruitful!

Sometimes positions change and Winmo can be a little delayed updating contact information but there is a tool to report changes to help them keep up with change.

I am able to get in touch with C-level individuals, understand the level of advertising  that a business participates in and the AOR attached.

The detail it has to offer is incredible! The responsiveness of the staff is always on point and makes resolving issues a breeze. I can ensure that it will help your business succeed.

Currently I can’t think of anything I dislike. Any issues (which were minor) were resolved quickly! Their updates also continue to quickly make everything more efficient and user friendly.

The content provided is extremely valuable and allows me to get access to information about prospective companies. Since it’s so user friendly it also saves a lot of time and provides access to accurate information.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

The current nature and depth of analysis in Winmo is exceptional.  I like the content better than MediaRadar, though in terms of raw data that might be more of a toss up.  The ratings and rankings are useful too, especially their top-100 lists.  I also really like the way they have contacts broken out for each prospect, with very complete profiles readily exportable into Excel or CSV formats, and easily importable into Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

It would be nice if the contacts could as readily be imported into other CRM systems.  We don't use Salesforce for really valid reasons in my current company so that function is just annoying and seems to bolster their monopolistic position.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me identify timely opportunities pursuant specific brand prospects, and informs ways that I can reach out to them with relevant content that attracts their attention.   That feature dovetails aptly with their contact finder and information repository to facilitate a whole campaign effort from inception through the whole sales approach.

We are using it in a less traditional way, and so I dont feel that we benefit from all the platform has to offer

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

It is a tool that will guarantee you relevant information of potential customers through email alerts, will quickly notify your customers about changes and modifications made to campaigns and ads. Quickly lets customers know the cost of their advertising. Instead of inquiring for information on improving your sales, with Winmo you can quickly carry out a survey, speeding up your process and making known the future possibilities of executing your sale.

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The only fault that I have found so far is that sometimes it shows the incorrect contact information, it would be excellent to have an option that allows us to first examine the information and verify that it is correct.

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

It is a very nice tool for the tasks of an organization, however it would be necessary to improve and reinforce in several of its functions that allow to give greater support to the software and be more efficient in the activities of a company. Through this tool you can have a better relationship between the organization and the client. It allows you to build a prospecting program to get new business and at the same time know what resources are available to carry out future business.

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winmo is a tool that the organization gave itself to the task of implementing it in the sales departments, to use it as a prospecting tool and to know what resources are available to carry out our future sales, and thus make a decision among the members to be able to start the execution of the sale with our client. It also allows us to receive email notifications of recommendation from potential customers and at the same time carry out the prospecting for the sale. The organization feels comfortable with the tool because it offers us accurate and constantly updated data.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Every morning, there's an email in my inbox from Winmo Edge informing me about various industry happenings. Imminent Campaigns, Media Ops, Decision Makers on the Move - all of it is relevant and often times, leads to new meetings and new business. It's like a one stop shop for hot leads. 

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

There's really not much to dislike about WinmoEdge. It's an added value feature you don't get with other platforms and it's been invaluable to us when evaluating other services. 

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

Groups like ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg offer too much information across too many industries at a much higher cost. WinmoEdge goes above and beyond to provide industry specific news and it really is hard to find another platform with the same offering. 

**What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On top of providing insight with each article, WinmoEdge provides links to the company profiles and key contact info, making it super easy to reach out to individuals when the article is fresh.

I love the daily Winmo updates that give you the latest and greatest on brands you are working with or potentially will. It really helps me and my team to make our outreach relevant and build trust with clients.

The contact information for points of contact within an organization is frequently out of date (ex. the VP of Marketing is listed as the person who left a year ago).

The ability to filter by brands, agencies, regions and then download the information needed makes our prospecting efforts extremely seamless.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo helps me and the rest of the team find the right contacts at a company. It makes it easy to confirm the contact on LinkedIn by adding their LinkedIn profile to their Winmo profile. As well, their phone numbers are easy to find. 

I love the addition of WinmoEdge to find new articles about prospects and clients in the space. 

I have used other companies in the past that provide similar services, but Winmo has a much larger number of companies/contacts in their database. As well, the quality of their contacts and companies are great! 

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The price of Winmo is definitely a large expense for a start-up. As well, previous companies will provide the service of putting together contact lists as a complementary service. The amount they charge per contact is a bit pricy compared to our old service 

As well, some contacts are added without emails which wastes our number of downloads. 

Lack of smaller companies information.

I am able to find more information about the clients we currently work with as well as the agencies and clients that my company is trying to work with for future opportunities.

I really liked how they helped me with anything I needed, I was very confused at first then the customer service walked me through exactly what they do. I really love how much information is available, a huge attribute for small businesses trying to grow in the ad world.

Don't really have any dislikes about AC, it really helps me when I have new clients so its just really helpful.

Just please keep your customers in the loop when you change things so we can be aware of whats changing so we can keep up with our quality of business and both have amazing companies and happy customers.

Retrieving information on advertising, keeping up to date about accounts I have, creating my contact list for future clients. I see more and more clients realizing I work with AC and they love that because it's such a helpful site and I can always see what region and industry I can try and work with.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Winmo not only helps me to keep a strong pulse on the business world, with features like WinmoEdge (which I look at every single morning), but more importantly, it helps me to find the right person at a company to connect with.

Going a step further, features like Crystal Insight allow me to view that individual’s personality traits and even provides me with advice on how to communicate with them to yield the highest rate of success.  It is absolutely incredible.

I have used a number of different companies in the past claiming to provide similar services, but nothing has come close to the actual resources, accuracy and RESULTS of Winmo.


**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

My company is a sponsor based company dedicated to donating gear to public high schools. Although I believe there is a lot of value in Winmo, as a small company it is a large expense and the money that we are allocating is coming from budget to run other programs and get more gear, in hopes of being able to attract more sponsors.  It would be great if there were ways to apply for discounted rates.

We are 100% sponsor based as a company, so we utilize Winmo to bring new partners on to keep our existing programs alive and create new programs that benefit public high school students.  We have made contact with a number of brands with the prospect of sponsorship, along with partnerships with brands who act as strategic partners in lieu of financial contribution.

People are in transition and lead information on other platforms is outdated. Winmo profiles are relevant and provide all the necessary intel needed on a company and key business executives to communicate business opportunities. Best lead source by far for a sales organization.

I really like their customer service, they are quick to respond and very efficient. I also like that Access Confidential keeps their information up to date and even if you have concerns about some of that information they can do a personalized search for you, very handy!

In my opinion it takes quite sometime to get use to all the functionalities and options that this tool has. It is also hard to access the tool as a mobile version.

The lack of speed to get their info for certain parts of the system. However when you know information they haven't inputted, they'll be quick to update it, so that's a plus.

It's easy to use and very intuitive. It's the most legitimate resources I've used and is widely known across agencies.

Most of the contacts have marketing focused roles. It's hard to find product or digital focused people.

**What do you like best about Winmo?**

Over the past several years, I have used Winmo to uncover the best decision makers for my work in corporate fundraising.   Of all the research tools, I have used in my career I have found Winmo to be the most reliable and up-to-date on the best contact names within corporate organizations for me to connect with.  I am pleased to share that on more than one occasion, I have secured funding from national and regional contacts discovered using Winmo that otherwise would not have been available to me. Additionally, I find the Winmo Talk feature one of the most useful industry group “chat” tools I have ever used.   The Winmo team is always responsive when I need assistance or help and is incredibly mindful at managing my membership, reaching out regularly to check in.

Quite honestly - because I am such a loyal user, I dont really have much to complain about.  Find the interface easy to use and the downloading of contacts is a breeze.

Winmo gives me direction in my day and opens my eyes to prospects I had never considered.

If your job consists of prospecting/sellings/client relationships, this is the tool for you. The search and filtering components of Winmo make it easy to dissect one industry or territory at a time, which is a lot of what my personal job consists of. I target one state at a time or the finance industry one day then the travel industry the next. This tool helps me to separate my lists and give me accurate data that I need in that situation.

Winom is so easy to use, it truly allows a sales or marketing person to get to the heart of the matter, understand the granular data required for business development, and take action. The platform makes it so simple to build and export lists, making campaign building fast and problem free.

I wish Winmo included lower level employees in their lists, sometimes it feels like I am required to reach out to more senior members of ad ops or trafficking teams when I'm simply looking for a lower level contact.

I think the customer service and training has been great, making sure the whole team was onboarded and using the system correctly was so helpful. The actual usability of the platform as well is amazing - from the look and feel to the actual search & create a list function, to WinmoTalk & WinmoEdge, every tool has been beneficial to our team and myself.

The only thing I dislike is that sometimes there are people missing, or titles/emails slightly wrong, etc. But I will say they're great about updating if you report something missing/wrong, and I'm sure it's not easy to keep the whole system up-to-date at all times.

I'm using Winmo to find contacts for brands I'd like to partner with, as well as learn more about what's happening in the industry for specific brands via WinmoEdge. I haven't tied any specific revenue to them but have countless leads I'm working on at all times thanks to their contacts and information, and I know my coworkers have reported the same.

Cant export Media spend by Quarter and there's no option to pick which ones you want to export.  The print profile only breaks it out by year and includes all media.

The plethora of information Winmo has to offer is quite impressive, and the response time whenever I have an inquiry is lightning fast.  Whether I need help with a contact, an AOR change, a promotion, etc., usually able to get an answer almost immediately, and if further research is necessary, I'm always pleased with what I get back.  

**What do you dislike about Winmo?**

The fact that Winmo does not include target demo can be annoying/ troublesome (Ad Data Express included target/ guaranteed demo information, which I wish Winmo also included with each profile.  

**Recommendations to others considering Winmo:**

The software truly is great for the type of business we do/ the industry we are a part of; however, I do think Winmo should do a little better job of staying on top of who is associated with which accounts / agencies.  I have noticed on several occasions someone is no longer with an agency/ client listed; also, as mentioned the demos would be a huge plus.   Overall, would certainly recommend this product, in conjunction with maybe one or two more industry search tools.

Winmo has their act together.  They provide consistently updated, insightful, and economically organized information.  It allows a sales or marketing person to get to the heart of the matter, digest the meat and potatoes data required for business development, and take action.

No matter what the effort, data could always and forever be more complete and accurate than it is.  I don't like when I don't know 100% of the info and contact info avail.  That said, I am a tuff critic, and Winmo is 80 to 90% effective in most cases.

I like how I can filter it to my specific geographical region for sales.  If I don't choose the filter, I end up doing a lot of time-consuming reading.  The information is always really good and very well-written, so I enjoy spending time on the site -- but the filter saves a lot of time.  Also -- their customer service is incredibly responsive.  They have helped me save time and be more productive.

To be honest, I'm not sure there is anything I dislike.  This isn't a knock on them, but I can find myself spending a lot of time on this site just because it is well-written and very informative.  So -- if there is a "dislike" -- it could be that it's too well done and I end up spending more time there than necessary.

There is a lot of information on this site -- good information, but a lot.  Make sure you use your filters to save time...with all of the information -- which is well-written and very informative -- it can end up taking a lot of your time.

I can easily search for prospects, find contacts, direct lines, e-mail addresses and I can search for any recent press about the prospect before I reach out for the first time.  For a media salesperson, this is my favorite lead source.

The only thing that I wish I could upgrade is the access to smaller accounts.

People move companies often, and I believe Winmo updates their data every 6 months or so. It would be nice if they either 1) updated more often or, 2) allowed users to request info more often.

Its worth it. Even having the insights for a year will help you grow as a company. We utilized alerts to reach out to prospects when the time was right, and would back up our outreach with the media spend data that WinMo provides.
