**What do you like best about Wing Assistant?**

We started using Wing because a lot of small tasks were just piling up — inbox clean-up, scheduling meetings, following up with people, updating spreadsheets, etc.

What’s been useful is having one person consistently handling those things. For example:
>> They go through my inbox, flag what matters, and draft replies
>> Book meetings and reschedule 
>> Do basic research 

We still decide what needs to be done, but we’re not the ones doing all the follow-ups anymore. It saves a lot of context switching during the day.

There’s an onboarding phase where you need to explain your processes clearly. They provide trained and skilled assistants, but you also need to invest time to make them familiar with your work

Before using Wing Assistant, a lot of small but important tasks kept piling up — inbox, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across tools. It was hard to stay consistent, especially during busy periods.

Now, we have a more structured way to handle those tasks. Work doesn’t get stuck, and we’re able to stay responsive without constantly switching context. It helps us keep operations steady while still staying in control of what gets done.

The ease of onboarding was probably the most beneficial thing.  We run a lean operation and making poor hires is extremely costly.  They took care of that for us.

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

I can't say I dislike anything, but I would advise that if the position you are hiring for requires phone conversation, make sure to participate in the interview process.  Wing Assistant is more than capable of finding the right candidate, but if Fluency in your language is a high priority you need to take an active role.  One persons opinion of fluency is different than another's.

**Recommendations to others considering Wing Assistant:**

Really assess the needs of what you're looking for.  The more detailed you are, the better Wing can recruit for you.

I needed Administration help in our real estate businesses.  Wing Assistant matched us with the right people for our various needs.  The ROI is amazing and we thoroughly enjoy having them as part of our team!

**What do you like best about Wing Assistant?**

What I like best about Wing is the quality and reliability of their virtual assistants. We started with one assistant and were so happy with the experience that we’ve since onboarded additional VAs through Wing. I’ve also confidently recommended Wing to colleagues and contacts looking for virtual assistant services.

My dedicated assistant, Anne, is truly exceptional. She’s proactive, communicative, and a joy to work with, consistently helping make our workflows more efficient and productive. The combination of strong support, trustworthy assistants, and a seamless experience is what sets Wing apart for me.

I haven't run into any issues or dislikes with Wing.  Since initially onboarding, I have since onboarded a second virtual assistant with Wing since my company has been so pleased with them.

I've been impressed with quality of work we've received from my assigned Wing assistant, Clyde. His attention to detail, passion, and continued learning is refreshing to see with a new hire and we're seeing the return on our investment already.

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

The ony thing I can mention at this time is that my assistant is required to provide a summary of the day both at the end of the day and the beginning of the next.  If we could streamline it to one full summary at the end of the day, and then a check-in in the morning, that would be better.  Nothing wrong with it, just more to read.

**Recommendations to others considering Wing Assistant:**

I am finding my assistant to be a person who wants to ramp up quickly and learn as much as he can throughout the day. I suggest planning for traininig before the engagement begins so they don't wait for your to deliver next lessons or steps.

Wing's assistant is conducting research, data collection, and my sole outbound lead gen effort into a new geographic territory and he is producing results.  We currently have several multi-channel campaigns actively connecting to new key contacts, nurturing relationships and generating leads.

They are communicative, fast learning and I've had no worry about turnover rate. If I need a replacement, they find them.
But no one's ever just quit on me, which speaks volumes about their management capabilities.

Sometimes, we come across someone who can’t properly manage their time from home. Wing always steps in to communicate. Upon request, they will find a replacement fairly quickly.

Our Wing teammates provided this coverage without any interruption to support our basic business functions.  They easily integrated into our tech stack making communication with our Wing teammates seamless.  They did a tremendous job of supporting our customers and prospects throughout the entire partnership.

We did not interview the Wing employees assigned to our account.  We didn't have an issue with any of the hires, but would have liked to interview prior to selection.

Make sure to have a defined scope of work and access capabilities to company tech stack to reduce early disruption.  We also hosted a virtual training session to help on-board our new Wing teammates.

We partnered with Wing Assistant to provide customer service coverage for our non-business hours.  We needed coverage from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am M-F and 24-hour coverage on the weekends.

Working with Wing has been an outstanding experience. Their communication is clear, proactive, and always professional, and they’ve truly become an extension of our team. Everyone is easy to work with, highly reliable, and consistently delivers quality work.

Although the team is based in the Philippines, we’ve had zero issues with time differences—scheduling calls has been seamless, and the overnight workflow has been a huge benefit. We can hand off tasks at the end of our U.S. workday and wake up to completed work the next morning.

At first, it took longer than we wanted to staff a new person.  It is faster now.

Honestly, nothing. From my experience, the process was disorganized, communication was poor, and no value was delivered. I never received a qualified candidate or timely updates.

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

After paying a deposit, I was ghosted for weeks. When they finally responded, they admitted they couldn’t meet their SLA due to “an unexpected setback” but still refused to refund my deposit, citing the contract. Their handling of the situation showed a lack of accountability and professionalism.

**Recommendations to others considering Wing Assistant:**

Be cautious before committing. Even if Wing Assistant fails to deliver, they may still keep your deposit. My advice: don’t pay anything upfront unless you’re 100% confident in their ability to deliver.

Unfortunately, Wing Assistant did not solve any problems for me. I was hoping to get staffing support quickly, but instead I was left without any meaningful progress or communication for over three weeks.

Easy to manage the recruiting process. Good recruiting funnel to get high quality assistants

Recruiting moves very fast - so we often don't get a chance to compare many candidates side by side. However when we requested to interview at least 2-3 candidates for each position Wing accommodated us well.

We run a marketplace of fitness instructors including tennis, pickleball, yoga, and golf instructors. We manage a lot of daily communication between students and instructors, and needed a team of operational associates that could manage that communication and support load.

Over the last year we've built a team of 3 Wing associates that manage the bulk of that support and communications work effectively. They are based in LATAM so time zone overlap is good. All Wing Assistants have great bilingual skills, are great with customers, and have been quick to pick up new software tools we use internally.

The quality of the workers is great and the attitude of the people who are working is also high. They have a sense of involvement and ownership in their work. They feel like a normal team member not a hired task person.

Ha the downside is you can never hire the great workers directly but they deserve this because they did all the work to find them.

Be clear on what you want and what the role will entail. Wing will work hard to find you the right fit.

When our nonprofit was too small to hire people I started with Wing. Wing even recruited in a specific person to fulfill the needs we had. I have kept my wing assitants for years even as the team has expanded and would not replace them. They are diligent, knowledgable, reliable and great to work with. Our wing assistants interface with hundreds of volunteers in a really positive way in our work community. This is no small challenge. I appreciate their work daily and would highly recommend the service.

My assistant is very attentive and she's thorough. I've really enjoyed working with her over the last year.

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

When you have more than one wing assistant, they all share the same platform so if we want to assign them each different tasks or have them work on another team, we have to use our company's chat platform instead of the wing platform. Having a way to separate communication for each assistant would be nice so they don't all get notified at once for communication with another virtual assistant.

I've hired multiple people through Wing and have had a largely positive experience. I'd tried another remote assistant service before and the people they sent me would often not login or would be mentally checked out on meetings. The people we've hired through Wing have been hard working and kind. And I like that we can make small training videos for them right in their tech platform. We started with one virtual assistant from Wing and now we have three. They're very versatile. I couldn't imagine our team without Wing now.

Wing was extremely helpful. Their account rep took the time to learn about my business/needs and goals. This is important when you are working on your business and need the right match. A VA is not someone you have in person so delivering instructions and keeping up with their tasks and completion is very hard. Their technology, the dashboard is amazing and makes it so simple to communicate with their VA

I have yet to find a negative feature.  I can expect there to be difficulty with locating the right VA or having sufficient staff as their popularity grows. Their account reps team are helpful, resourceful and the VAs are polite and diligent.

When you know the help you need for your business, give Wing a try. The more you know about your needs the more likely you are to give your account rep the right info and they will find the right VA .

Most of the time, this is easy and once a wing assistant starts and gets going with us, they stay and are fantastic!  We're on our second busy season, and will have some of them staying all year long!  Also, the portal where you can flow chart out work processes is so key!!

We've had some turnover, and issues during interviewing where candidates flake and either don't show up for the interview or day 1.

Certainly give it a try.  It works great, it's mostly easy, and they find great people!

Wing is reliable, easy to work with, and requires very little ramp-up time. They integrate smoothly into our workflows and consistently deliver quality work with minimal oversight.

Nothing major stands out, though at times we’ve needed to clarify instructions more than once to ensure tasks are completed exactly as expected. That said, Wing is usually quick to respond.

Very little. It's an excellent service which is hard to beat.

The thing that stands out the most is the willingness to jump in and help as much as they can - the ones I use suggest solutions which often time work out super well!

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

Nothing yet! I will have 3 wing assistants here soon -- The first one they got for me did not work out after 2 weeks and they switched them out right away! It was seamless.

I would say -- give good details on what you are looking for -- this gives them more insight into who to hire for you.

**What problems is Wing Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was needing to start delegating tasks off my plate and handing them off :) It was as complicated as adding text to short-form video and as simple as keep spreadsheets up to date :)

**What do you like best about Wing Assistant?**

My Wing VA works during hour business hours even though she is located elsewhere in the road. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?**

There is nothing that I can say that isn't working - working with my VA is extremely easy. I work with her using our own platforms but Wing has their own platform that is very intuitive and easy to use if you prefer uploading tasks that way.

**What problems is Wing Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many day to day administrative tasks that I was taking on myself, such as calendaring/scheduling, blogging and data entry that were bogging me down and not allowing me to work on my business. My VA has been very helpful in relieving a lot of my workload.

As I mentioned, we like that the individuals with whom we work are responsive, adaptable, and courteous. WING has a solid recruiting/screening/training process.

We have developed relationships with individual WING Business ASsistants that were no longer able to continue on with our organization and we were sad to see them go.

Clearly document your hiring constraints and the processes with which you seek support.

Wing Business Assistant has helped with recurring tasks that require more than AI or automation to complete. They're responsive, adaptable, and courteous. We're pleased.
