Windstream provided WAN/MPLS connectivity, Voice PRIs and data centers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Windstream Enterprise Internet?

Customer service was good. It was easy to open tickets through their portal or via their 800 number. MPLS network was managed by windstream so lessened the responsibilty and workload on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windstream Enterprise Internet?

Experienced more and longer outages then we deemed to be acceptable. During times of large outages, trying to get a hold of someone for reasons why and updates was difficult.

What problems is Windstream Enterprise Internet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Windstream offers voice options at an affordable rate. Using them as a PRI provider drastically reduced the cost versus conventional copper lines. This in conjunction with MPLS saved a lot of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Paetec for our hosted voice platform back in 2010, until they were bought by Windstream. Windstream promptly ruined the relationship - poor quality of service, increased our rates, and couldn't match their SLA. We eventually were given substantial back payments and switched to Earthlink. A few years later, Windstream bought Earthlink and the same thing happened - poor QOS, high turnover for represenatives, bill rate increases, and a billing disaster. Then they filed Chapter 11 and it all went to hell. We're now with Ring Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
