Talking about Digital Ads: it's ever evolving where there will always new updates - new metrics or dimensions or even new Platforms you use as a Marketer, and you want to get the data automatically collected inside your database.

I contacted the support for a new update, I was able to have it inside the lists - 20 mins later. Amazing Support once again.

Data pulled from API is wrong. So what's the point of getting this tool really? We went for Windsor.ai because it's cheap but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. We should have gone for the more expensive product (i.e. Supermetrics) and saved ourselves a lot of time and effort. We raised an issue that their Amazon connector is not pulling data from the API 100%. It has been 2 weeks and still no solution. They said we need to pay higher so they would look into our issue with more priority (LOL). So I guess if that's all I can afford, I should just settle with wrong data? Windsor.ai As features that are best suited for our reporting needs. We started a few months ago with some dimensions that are lacking in DV360. But their great customer service team has helped us with timely responses and the dev team adding features in a very efficient way. Outside of how power this product is converting your data sources to what ever destination you would like. For example, it has made the process of incorporating social metrics into a Looker Studio report a breeze. The customer service is head and shoulders above anything I have ever experienced. Makes getting data into sheets in a usable format incredibly easy, and in a highly reliable way. The team are very responsive to any changes or issues you're having, and are very helpful in helping you get the most out of it.
