This tool has been around for awhile and never disappoints. It was a goto tool that I used extensively while working as a tech for a small computer repair shop in Philly. It works on just about any Windows operating system as far back as XP although first experience using it was on a machine Vista but it does exactly what they advertise it will do. My favorite thing is their 100% guarantee to unlock any windows OS quickly with no fuss , and never having to reinstall Windows which saves a lot of time that the install takes not to mention all the multitude of customized settings that always seem to be present on the machines that must be reconfigured. I've never had any issues or a negative experience when using this tool. It's quick , simple, cheap, proven over years and many versions of Windows OS both on local and domain accounts, with Windows 10 it even allows you to reset the Windows Live password which I think is really cool. When I downloaded the software this was an outdated version of Windows Password Recovery Tool which was dated prior to Windows 11 so the burner stick did not work. I contacted the company and then got a message that they would respond in 48 hours which was too long so I proceeded to do a factory reset of my computer instead of trying to get a password recovery. I have a complaint to the developer because this software does not receive updates frequently, being a program that protects the interests of the users, which are the passwords.
