We started using Windfall for wealth screening in the late 2010's, and they have quickly become one of our most trusted vendors. We've found that Windfall offers a high degree of accuracy, insightful triggers, excellent customer service, and a partnership unlike other vendors. Through our experience, we've expanded our services from Windfall to tackle other solutions (including career intelligence and propensity data). Windfall has been especially accommodating to our organization's needs and feedback (desired product tweaks/expansion, data quality concerns/insights, customization (where appliccable)). They are always listening and improving based on customer feedback, further demonstrating their committment to the highest level of service and partnership.
Another added benefit worth mentioning is that Windfall is a subscription-based company, meaning that they do not charge per record, so we're able to screen our entire database each time. Regular full database screenings have led to better insights overall since we're able to measure results consistently on the same population. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike! As a few others have mentioned, households (parents + adult children) are sometimes grouped together, but Windfall is transparent about their processes and considerations customers should have in mind when using the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
