What problems is Windfall solving and how is that benefiting you?
A year ago we switched to Windfall from another screening service our organization had been using for years. There were many complaints about the old product and Windfall has solved all of them and more. First, the turnaround time for Windfall data is 1-2 days max versus the other product that sometimes took 2 -3 weeks. Second, if we chose to, our organization could submit a data load for screening every day. We enjoy the possibility of being able to keep our data "fresh." Third, we have been able to idenitfy additional information about prospects in our database based off of the information Windfall has sent back (i.e, ABC donor owns a plane, has a family foundation, etc.). In addition to the new wealth indicators identified, Windfalls' Money in Motion trigger has been beneficial to our development team. Last, but not least, is Windfall's customer service. They have, in my opinion, the best cusomter service of any product we use.
We have enjoyed Windfall so much that we are actively looking to expand our contract to include the Career Intelligence and an Integration to our new CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
