There is a learning curve. I would recommend signing up for training to really understand how to use the features and functionality. Once you spend a few hours you are ready to hit the ground running with basic analysis. I still do basic analysis, but it has been perfect for my business needs. I am aware that I am still just scratching the surface of the functionality, but it is working for now. When I have more time, I will invest more in training. The training was excellent!
