What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

The most helpful part of Willo is being able to learn morea about candidates in less time. I have a quicker turnaround time and am able to get candidates through our process more efficiently. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

The downsides to using Willo are some of the limits around scorecards, and some details you can't change. I understand not changing questions, but I wish I could make a better fitting scorecard now that I understand more of what I am looking for in candidates without staring a whole new interview. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

We have multiple locations and have a consistent need for recruitment efforts. Utilizing Willo has allowed for an equitable expereince for all candidates across our footprint, improved oversight into initial interviews and provided our Store Managers with additional time to focus elsewhere. The platform itself is easy to use and set up and the team at Willo have been an excellent support. We are using the program daily and have been pleased with how this has improved our workflow. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

Simply due to the one-sided nature of this initial interview, we have recognized a diminished "human connection" with our candidates. However, we are combatting that by ensuring personal follow ups. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

The platform is VERY user friendly, which is great for our recruiters and candidates to work through. Recruiters can focus on their day-to-day duties, and the candidates have the opportunity to interview at a time that works best for them. This has shown great success for us so far! What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

What I really like about Willo Video Interviewing is how easy it is to use and the flexibility it offers. Candidates can record their answers whenever it works for them, which makes the interview process way more relaxed and less stressful. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

What I don’t like about Willo Video Interviewing is that it can feel a bit impersonal since there’s no live interaction. If the internet connection is weak, the video quality can drop, making it tougher for candidates to show their best side. Also, not having real-time feedback might leave candidates feeling unsure about how they’re doing. And candidates that are not as tech-savvy, could use clear tutorials. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

It saves our managers time in the interviewing process and it is super user friendly! It was so easy to set-up, and Faith, our rep, has been fantastic with any issues we may have which has been few and far between. It is part of my daily routine and is so easy to use. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

This allows me to get insight on body language, social awareness, and level of interest in the job that I was not able to obtain through a simple phone interview. On adding questions to an interview—you can edit and add questions as long as the interview hasn’t been published and received any responses. If the interview has already received responses, the quickest way to include additional questions is to duplicate the interview and add your extra questions.

What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

I used Willo as part of an internship recruiting efforts and it had all the features we needed to have a great experience and to offer our candidates a great interviewing experience. I love all of the options that the platform offers, such as sending text and email reminders about the interview. Scorecards that multiple individuals can use to rate candidates. The ability to share single video interviews with individuals who don't have access to the platform. The ability to use a 2x speed on the interview. The list goes on! What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

We use it a little differently than it was intended to be used, but boy are the interviews so wonderful for us to share with our team in finding new members for our organization! The way that we can share instantly and simply through the Zapier integration is clutch! What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

So far, we have had a positive experience with using Willo for our hiring needs! It is timely, and love the fact that Willo will auto send text and emails for us. It is a great way to complete mass hiring with a limited number of recruiters. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate, as well as easy to set up. I feel supported with my account Manager as well. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

Because it is international, it will not send SMS without a country code- this has caused some hiccups. Would also love to see the option of allowing the candidate to select video OR audio option, based upon their preference. Though it is rare, we've had a few responses where the audio is faint, digital or did not properly download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
