Wildsparq brings our management teams together so they can collaborate and learn from each other, all while reinforcing the monthly material that is being taught, so there is unity amongst the group and a shared vernacular around leadership. Wildsparq has a gamified team-based approach which causes for health rivalry amongst the teams and leads to high engagement levels with the platform. I would like to see more challenging skills assessments in the platform so that the managers/supervisors are confronted with the reality that they may not be as polished of a leader as they believe they are. Currently leaders can fill out a self-assessment which they score themselves and I find they tend to score themselves quite highly, but I feel a more in-depth assessment could be developed which would lead to more realistic results of current levels of leadership.
