The lesson can usually be completed within 30-45 minutes, and the set-up is flexible enough to allow the students to complete the required reading and questions at their own time and pace. **What do you dislike about Wildsparq?** Many of the lesson created by Wildsparq do not have enough specific business examples to demonstrate the concepts in which they are outlining their lessons. Whereas it is helpful to combine work and home life difficulties in some circumstances, most of our team-members are looking for a concrete example to use in their workplace/department, even if the business or office profiled is not the same category as our Credit Union / Financial Industry. **Recommendations to others considering Wildsparq:** Please ensure that your top leadership provides the proverbial "buy-in" and supports this type of training whole-heartedly. One of the key ways to make this program successful is to have the senior leadership "practice what they preach." It is often difficult to train junior staff on leadership when senior officials do not even follow the same skills and principles. I would recommend having the Wildsparq team address senior leadership first, choose the best modules for their business/organization and skill level of the staff who actually be engaged in the training, and then hold a grand event to show important Wildsparq is to the entire organization. **What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wildsparq has created a great opportunity to connect employees from different department and then provide them with key knowledge on building their teams and becoming better leaders. Through monthly discussions on specific leadership topics, junior personnel are able to see how they can contribute to their own development, advancement of their team, and this creates more positivity for the entire organization. ### 3. You don't find a group of people so willing to help and find a solution that works for your individual company that often. They are also quick to solve issues and are always kind and understanding. The platform is very easy to use and they keep adding features (such as the notes for each lesson) and lessons so they remain relevant and fresh. They also circle around and have fact-finding meetings with leadership to make sure their product continues to meet the need, but to also get honest feedback and listen to ideas to make the experience even better. It's a winning solution for sure! **What do you dislike about Wildsparq?** Quality training is expensive and Wildsparq is no exception. You get what you pay for, but sometimes you have to get creative to meet the needs of all in your company (and they are willing to be creative with you). **Recommendations to others considering Wildsparq:** It is high quality training with strong resources and content to back it up. I would take time to market the program heavily before introducing it. It takes about 1.5 hours per month, which doesn't sound like a lot, but can get overwhelming during busy times. I would also get leadership buy-in immediately and work with your leadership to identify the lessons that are best for your company. It is leadership development training, but really it works for everyone and can be a strong tool to develop your teams. **What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in a completely remote environment and the connections within the teams were not happening as they did when we were face-to-face prior to Covid. Through the use of Wildsparq, we were able to create moments when teams could come together (outside of their work roles) , connect and get to know each other. This has led to many intense discussions that have led to teams that work so much better together. We have also heard that the skills learned during the Wildsparq lessons also have helped in personal conflicts and relationships. They say they build leaders, which is true, but they really build strong, empathetic, action-oriented teams. ### 4. I'm using their guidance for how to conduct the conversation, which is super important, especially when the subjects can make people a bit vulnerable at points. I don't have the stress of drawing out the learnings from the team because I just follow the directions. It makes it easy for me to facilitate and the team enjoys the time together investing in themselves and each other **What do you dislike about Wildsparq?** Honestly, I don't see any downside to using WildSparq. Everyone I have come into contact with over there is genuine and PASSIONATE about their mission and I love it. They are not just talking the talk. They walk the walk in their own company. They're not just selling something - They're sharing something that has worked and works for them to create great leaders and an incredible culture. I love that. The ONLY thing I would say is that as we are early into using WildSparq, I haven't seen a HUGE change in my team's behavior and I did share that feedback and we all agreed it's most likely because of the short time frame we've been using it. I wouldn't change it because those who are benefitting from it and really thinking about the lessons ARE growing. I would just like to see them encorporate more of the learnings day to day instead of just up to the meeting and in the meeting. I have tried to be more mindful about doing my lessons early so that I can connect them throughout the month with my team. For example, this month, we're doing a module on difficult conversations. When my team has approached me about situations, I ask if they've watched their lesson yet and encourage them to do so, there's certainly a TON of content in there that can help them navigate through. I think it's more of a "how do *I* make it come to life?" instead of just watching and doing meetings and expecting magic. It's a learning curve. **Recommendations to others considering Wildsparq:** I would recommend it highly. Take the time to meet with the WildSparq team. They are energetic, genuine and passionate. Check them out on LinkedIn and see for yourself that they are living these values every day over there. I love that about them. I've loved the partnership with them and how they've even recommended books to me that could be helpful and I read them! It's going to take time, and your team is going to have to be vulnerable with each other. There has been meetings with tears, all good, emotional tears, but there's a lot of emotional and vulnerability. You learn more about your team as they share. Our most recent meeting was about your legacy and there was so much emotion and honesty. It was incredible to hear who has helped mold the amazing people around me. The workload is not too much to manage and the platform makes it fun. My team is very competitive and loves the scoreboard. There's also a ton of extra resources on there that provide a TON of value (and extra points!). In ALL things, you get out of something what you put in. Commit to making this a priority for you and your team will too - The added benefit is the individual and team growth. **What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a franchise business and while our franchisor provides us with world-class training, there are few resources to develop the multi-unit supervisor positions. And we've been searching for a way to develop curriculum, or leverage someone else's to provide ongoing development to help our leaders improve in critical areas like emotional intelligence and accountability. Simply having the same conversations over and over again isn't working. And so we found WildSparq and immediately liked that the curriculum was existing and there was so much depth to it. We weren't going to burn through the learnings any time soon! In addition, the lessons were fun and engaging, but as WildSparq says, "information without action is just entertainment" - They have found ACCOUNTABLE ways to ensure that learning is getting done which inevitably leads to growth and development. Lastly, it has the entire team speaking the same language about the subjects because we are all watching the same content. That alone is a significant benefit! ### 6. That has now been solved as of September.
