What do you like best about WikiPro?

We have been using Wikipro for about 2 years now and Sam Xia is our main point of contact. If we come across any issues with the website, Sam is very quick on getting on top of it and getting it resolved. He will also let us know once the problem is resolved.

Wikipro was also very easy to understand and it has lots of useful features for a small/medium company. For our business, we use it on the daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WikiPro?

Since we have a lot of traffic on this app, we do come across some technical challenges with the website. However, Sam is very quick it get on top of the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way for businesses to communicate directly with their customers."

What do you like best about WikiPro?

It's user-friendly, it's fast, it's efficient, and organized. I loved being able to use the office number to text our customers directly and that we can continue texting back and forth. I think it can be beneficial for companies of any size. I've also had some questions for their customer service team which they responded to very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WikiPro?

Thus far, I haven't really found much to dislike. Perhaps at first I thought the cost may be a little high but given how useful it is, would highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
